Review : LIARS! Once Long Travel Industries has your deposit good Luck. Complete joke of a company if that's what you call it. Anyone can create a website and photos.

In the beginning when talking to Brian of Long Travel he was very responsive. Brian whether he is the onwner or not told me 4 weeks it would be complete but since I had a custom roof stereo it would be 6 weeks.Once he recieved a deposit down in late April of 2018 for a cage he seemed to loose contact and seemed to be completly incompetent. It has been 9 weeks with no response and has my deposit still. Long Travel Industries Will not return emails! Will not return voicemails! Will not return text messages! He uses your deposits to create a website and take photos. He will sell you on the phone but will not produce. I read a lot of reviews and seem to do very well with purchases. I should have read more on Long Travel Industries. This is a scam and you will not be pleased. This is the first review I have ever written! Do not donate your money to Long Travel Industries because that is what your going to do. Completely deceitful. Do not engage in the entertainment of purchasing anything!

Review: I ordered a roll cage, seat belts, and seat back in April, I was told over the phone that is would be done in 4 weeks. We have yet to receive any items purchased (this has been paid for as well over 2000.00l). I have attempted to make contact and the business does not return phone calls very often. I spoke with the owner all last week and he stated he was out all week and thought it had shipped. He told me that the cage was found in the hub but it never shipped out form there. Finally on Tuesday(6/16/15) he sent me an email with the shipping information on it. So Wednesday night I contact future logistics (the 3 party shipper) and they told me that Fedex went to pick up the cage from Long travel (so it was not in a hub) and it was not packaged correctly so they couldn't take it, they didn't want to damage it. Then long travel told fedex/future logistics to cancel the shipment. I call the owner (of long travel) immediately on his cell phone and had to leave a message, also sent him a text. With no return call on Thursday I call the business and cell left multiple messages, sent text messages and finallly sent and email. I have yet to receive a response.Desired Settlement: I want to get the product that I paid for, please ship it to me now.

Review: Long Travel will not return calls, e-mails, and have lied about sending us what we ordered. Over 3 months later we still have not received our order.

We ordered LED Headlights for a [redacted] on October 5th 2013. Our credit card was charged for the total of $235.62. Through the next few months we were told they were on backorder, they would be here soon, etc. We would leave voice messages and e-mails inquiring on our order and they NEVER once returned one of our calls or e-mails. We had to call from different phone numbers in order to get someone to answer the phone.

On January 7th 2014, "Brian" told us over the phone that our order was shipped that day and he would e-mail the tracking number. Several days went by and we did not receive a tracking number.

On January 9th, I was able to get Brian on the phone again and he said the merchandise was shipped on the 7th and he would e-mail the tracking number to me that afternoon. To this day, January 22nd, we have not received a tracking number or our merchandise. We have left numerous messages and have tried calling at different times during the day and night. No response and no answer.

Either this company is run by theives and liars or they are beyond incompetent. I have reported this incident to our credit card fraud investigators and have made a claim with [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like to warn others of this shady business. Hopefully the owners/managers will run this business into the ground soon so no one else will have to deal with them.
