* Hello, My name is *** *** and I am sending you some additional documentation regarding complaint
Following is a copy of the original email from Longview RV's service manager *** Nero detailing the terms of our trailer's repair as I stated in my original complaint, it is just some original documentation to back up my claimI will also be sending you the voicemail that the general manager *** *** left on my voicemail just this week which actually necessitated us registering this formal complaint due to the extremely unreasonable, dishonest and threatening nature of this voicemail Thank you for your consideration *** *** *** ***

[redacted]   After loaning the customer a suitable unit and picking up their unit we were able to disassemble the RV. We found that indeed there was a piece of pipe missing from under the tub area. However after disassembling the entire bath room and removing the flooring we found no damage or mold in that area. We then traced the evident water area to the slide room where we found that there was a window leaking and had damaged the wall panel, slide floor, and dinette. After finding the real source of the water damage, we contacted the customer and had them inspect and went over the cause of the damage. At this point even though the damage would now be considered lack of or improper maintenance due to length of time of ownership, in order to assist our customer at the highest level, we continued the repairs on their coach at no charge to them. The parts that were  needed to repair the wall ended up being damaged on delivery and on back order for months. This led us to labor day week end when a lot of people end their camping season so we tried to get our loaner back while we waited on the last of the parts. Unfortunately this did not get communicated well and did not happen. Upon completion of the customers RV on 9-25-17 we contacted the customer and he came down to inspect on 9-27-17 and found it was to his satisfaction. We then delivered the unit back to the customer and picked up our loaned unit all at no charge to the customer.

they refused to sign papers. We have incurred costs on two different Rv’s getting ready and using products that they requested. As you can see from the attachments I have sent in, that we have done more than our part to try to make this customer happy. After threats of news and multimedia slander we have decided to request that they come pick up the unit that they purchased. We take deposits that are clearly marked as non-refundable. This protects the customers as well as the dealership. Thanks for your time and apologize about this waste of time. We have no intensions on returning the deposit. Regards Todd
