I reviewed Long's Air Conditioning and I didn't read all of the print...I work at Long's now however I didn't when my a/c was installed or servicedthanks Penny

My name is *** *** and I have been a Longs Air/conditioning -repair for years and in that time they installed a 15k generator and serviced my air conditioning unitsThree months ago they called me to schedule my yearly wellness/ maintenance of my generator and I was charged for that which is the chargeBut the technician claims to have replaced the battery in the unit and for that I was charged even though that was high it gets even worse I paid them just to find out the repairman lied about changing the battery as well as running all the checks on the unitThe battery was previously replaced by me I've got the receipt for it and proof that I replaced it when I brought this up to Long's attention in person they claim that hey you know he did he did replace the battery yada yada and I proved to them that he had not in fact replace the battery that I wanted a refund for that charge the $that they charge me for the battery they claimed to have changed I am entitled to a $refund and after several times of going in there office I always get told that the lady that handles that isn't in at the momentWell today I presented myself in your office again and was given the run-around again but they did admit that the technician wrote the ticket up as terminal battery instead of battery terminal thus causing the charge for $so this has been going on months and they have yet to refund my account I paid them cash I expect to be paid back in cash in short I am accusing Long's air conditioning repairs and service of Avon Park Florida of being a dishonest business and using dishonest business practices and that's why are getting away with it at this point in time it's not even about the money it's about the principal Lord knows how many other customers they do this to on a daily basis no wonder mr*** *** *** can afford to buy airplanesWord to the wise do not allow ***'s air conditioning two unsupervised perform any work for you or they will fraudulently charge you for services that they did not render

I recently had a duct test and a maintenance inspection on my air conditioner and the whole process was very professionalFrom the office staff that set the service up to the technician that came to my home to perform the jobI have always been impressed with Long's Air Conditioning and will continue to call on them for my service
