The complainant sent his [redacted] for cracked screen fixing Roman","serif I fixed and tested it Everything worked fine when the complainant picked it upAfter couple of days, the complainant come to my store and told me that the power dropped very fast after I fixed the phoneI had to tight the screws on the battery and charging port and told them if same thing still happened, it should be the problem of battery and I need to replace it with $charge for the battery After the battery replaced, I charged the phone and left it overnight, it only dropped % after hoursThe phone was in very good condition which means the phone had a dying battery beforeAfter couple of days, the complainant come again and said the phone could be chargedI had checked everything and found the battery only can be charged when it was turned offIt was software problem which I cannot fixedI suggested the complainant to updated the system of the phoneFrom above description, my defence against the complaint is: 1) I only replaced the cracked screen, there is no chance damage the battery and power systemThe phone was working fine when it was picked up 2) After the battery replaced, the power system worked fine again 2) This is a very old phone, every parts become fragileLike a patient at years old, no doctor can guarantee each treatment works fineThough I didn't do anything wrong with phone, I still want to keep my excellent feedbacks from my other customersI want to resolve this issue with the complainant peacefully I would like to replace the phone with another [redacted] ( [redacted] ) which is in very good conditionThe complainant gives his dead phone to me and I will give him another used phone which is in excellent condition

is:

This lady even don't know how to repair a cracked phoneShe has no any concept what's the LCD, what's the digitizer.The lady came to my store couple of days ago declared that her phone was repaired by me two months ago and the phone didn't work properlyI checked it found the LCD was broken
because of being droppedI asked her to show me the receipt but she can't After long time dispute, I have to repaired her phone only charged her the part, no labor. On the next day, the lady came back to my store said I used "recycle" screen for her phone and wanted me refund her I took a long time to explain how we repair a cracked phoneWe recycle a cracked screen only when the digitizer and LCD works and just refurnish it with a new class and special glueThe quality of a new refurnished screen is better than any new screen on market because it is real OEM screenThe LCD of her phone was already broken and couldn't be recycledI used a new screen for herBut she didn't understand what I saidI then asked her if she want to get refunded, I needed to take off the new screen on her phone and put back the broken oneShe refused my offer.The reputation from our customer is very important to usWe have set up a very good reputation from our customers in the past two yearBut we can't satisfy the costumers with unreasonable request.Best RegardLong

1) The complaint knows what LCD/digitizer isShe should know the LCD was already broken when she stopped by my shop on September There was a black line on the right of the screenHow we can "recycle" a screen with broken LCD? Before I repairing her phone, we have reached an agreement with $for my serviceAnd then she let me repair her phone. 2) On the next day the complaint came again declared that the screen had problemI tested it and didn't find any issueI told her that I can refund her but I need take off the new screen and put back the broken screen on her phoneShe rejected my suggestionWhy she wanted my screen but don't want to pay me?3) The complaint swiped her credit card and signed the receipt for her payment to my serviceBut later she call her bank that she couldn't recognize this transactionThis is a credit card scam!!!! I am lucky I kept her signed receipt
