To Whom It May Concern,
In the response to the complaint listed above, I have
attached the invoice that the customer
received for the work completed on 3/7/The customer's complaint simplified the work
completed stating "approximately ft of water line from a pumphouse to a residential unit".
As the invoice indicates, there was much more to the work involved to install that water line.
I have been in business since and have seen excavation businesses come and go in this
small communityI would not have been able to stay in business by overcharging for the work I
performedI will not break down the costs per hour unless I am contracted to work for time
and materials, which was not the case in this instanceThe customer was there the entire time
I completed the workHe knows exactly how much work was required to complete the job
correctly.
