There are always two sides to every story [redacted] car was impounded on July 28,by Lithopolis Police with a Court Hold on it also with Damages on the Mitsubishi Eclipse mark on the Impound Slip filled out by the officer before we even loaded itAfter Mr [redacted] went to Court he was able to remove his Vehicle with A boot on it per the Courts, he did not do so Mr [redacted] car sat in our Impound lot for days within this days Mr [redacted] called several times to get the charges he was advised that the storage charge goes up every day his Vehicle sits in our Impound LOT, Mr [redacted] was very rude with usMr [redacted] came to our Office on August 31, and ask to get his Mitsubishi Eclipse out of Impound we gave him the total and his Grandmother paid the bill of $We went out to release his Vehicle it would not start do to a dead battery he ask if we had a jump box which we told him they were on our Trucks that was not available at this time, so he ask us to put it outside the gate and ask if it would be ok until later we said as long as its moved by the time we closed at 5pmMr [redacted] and his Grandmother left hour later the Grandmother called and ask if we would work a deal with her as in giving her some of her money back and Mr [redacted] giving us the Title for the rest of the tow bill, Mike agreed to give her $back and them giving us the Title to Dispose of the Vehicle so that's what we done, The next day September 1,Mr [redacted] came back and ask if he paid us could he get his Title and his car but first wanted to make sure he could get it started so we took him out he borrowed a jump box from the shop next door got it started and put Air in the front drivers side tire and ask if he could put it back in our lot until he went and got the money, we said yes so he left came back paid and got his Title and his Mitsubishi Eclipse and drove awayNot one time did Mr*** say anything about any damages or anything about the tire which he put air in and it was fine
