The ornate is coming off Short of prying it off intentionally, I do not see what I could have done to cause this to happen Besides, I am a year old single woman, what could have possibly be done to make this pop off in the middle of my sleep? I did not do anything to cause this You would think the company would pay the $or so to repair it to keep a customer who spends hundreds To lose a customer over something so petty is ridiculousness Please see photos attached

agreeing to, states that we have to weeks after final payment to get her merchandise to herShe angrily came into the store asking for our floor model at one point in her impatienceWe agreed to give it to her even though that is not a customary practice here, because then we have no model on display for others to see and potentially lay-awayHowever, once we agreed to give her that model, she then refusedStating she’d rather wait on a new oneWe also sold her merchandise to her at a discounted price of one hundred dollars less than sticker price at the point of sale for her inconvenience, because we knew she may have to wait the full allowable time for her merchandise to get to her because it was out of stock by the manufacturer at the timeWhich she was happy about at the timeWe were very open with Ms*** about the amount of time it would take and fulfilled our responsibility to the fullest, according to our company’s policyKind regards, Bill M***, Manager
