I don't think its right that I don't get my money backI had to hair another roofing coto repair the roof again, he did not put felt under the cracked tiles, like he should have.I don't think its fair when we live on a fixed income and he is not being truthful he only came timesI want my three hundred back[redacted] [redacted]

I am responding to a customer complaint to let you know what happened. I received a call from the customer with her requesting that I come out to repair a leak in her tile roof. I typically send a proposal by email but the customer did not have an email and asked me to print the proposal
and bring it with me. The customer has a copy of the proposal/invoice. I unfortunately did not save the copy in my computer. I arrived at the customers home and repaired her cracked tile as agreed. The customer called me back and stated she was still leaking so I went back out and repaired a different cracked tile. The customer called again and stated she still had a leak so I went back out and she refused to let me help her Not sure what I could have done differently. I have been in the business for years and have owned my own business for even longer and I have never had a complaint. I have always honored my warranties and value customer satisfaction as word of mouth is the majority of my business. If you have any other questions or need anything else please let me know. Also just want to add I have several excellent references if that is needed. This simply comes down to a misunderstanding and the simple fact you can’t please everybody even though I did try to make the customer happy.Thank You
