After looking at our records we did sell the person the appliances.We look at the date that person claim to have called,but we do not so no service call order.I am the owner I do have a licence.I have a we have a contract for appliance pick up in [redacted] **.I have a certified tech.with years experience who also can get on post.There are people who sell appliance in this area who like to talk bad about us to other customers.We stand behind everything we sell..If the customer in fact did get a repair from a licence repair man they can come up to our store and we will refund there money for part,and labor with know problem.I just do not understand if they had a problem or store is in fact only a mindrive away from said address.Make me wonder whos really trying to get over on who???

This is Longhorn Appliance , [redacted] called the customer Mrs [redacted] and told her my Dad had a heart attack was in the hospital and before that yes my delivery guy was backed up with realtorsMrs [redacted] said that she had bought another dryer and that Mr [redacted] called their back to take the money back out and said she understood about everythingthe Contract that I have states on the back NO REFUNDS she also signed the contract knowing there is no refunds.She told me her husband called his bank to take it back out around September the 15th so I thought it was all straightened outMrs [redacted] has not contacted me since thenShe may call me at work between till 6pm

We installed a 24" stackable washer,and dryer unit in Mrs.[redacted] little house.After we installed it we ALWAYS run a full cycle to test machine for any malfuctions.After we test it  we gave her a piece of paper in which she signed stating that the machince is in working order with no...

issues.  Ok Mrs.[redacted] then calls and states she has a leak under her washer.We ask was she overloading it.No she says.She finally took a day off so we can go look at the unit.When tech got there he moved machince back,and checked the water hose to make sure they were tight.Yes they were,not as she has stated that [redacted] said they were lose if the where lose water would be running on floor all the time not just when washing.(HELLO)Well the tech. ran another test load.No leaks.Come to find out she was over stuffing the washer with items which when washer was  running causes waster to go on the floor.This is a 2.7 cuft stackable washer/dryer unit.Not the larger 4.0 cuft machines.She states she is 55 years old,and knows how to do landuary.Well she might know how,but she need to read up on the unit she purchased before she starts pointing her fingers at people.We did not even charge her a 65.00 service call.She will not get another warranty,and/or money back.We can fix broke,but not crazy money hunger people.We are turnning this over to our laywer,because this will stay on or record for 3 years.She has  copy of the contract,and so do we it was made up buy our lawyer.She owes for a service call,and the court cost will be add as will.Thank youNote to [redacted](if you need a copy of contract please let us know,and we will glady e-mail you a copy were she signed stating machince worked fine when istalled.)
