Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: This has nothing to do with my husband's membership, the fact that he loved crossfit and he did loose pounds, non of which are disputed and are not relevant to my issueThe fact of the matter is yes, it took me three weeks to complete the Ramp UpThere is no time limit or required timeframe in which to complete sameFurther, we knew before I even started the initial training, that I would train one day and rest for days to allow my body to rest and adjust because of my underlying medical problemsI canceled one time because the workout triggered a fibro flareMy trainer was rude, although I offered to reimburse her for her babysitter fees, the cancellation angered herThe trainer, ***, who is ***, the owner's girlfriend, did not respond to my various texts or calls to schedule my next training, which is why it took three weeks to completeThe last day of training is when I was injuredDuring my training, I had NO contact whatsoever with the owner and only had contact one time thereafter to notify both him and *** of the injury to my neck
His claims that my husband was going to join the gym again in January are falseThat may have been his original goal when we relocated, but he didn't call or contact *** to tell him he was going to start working out or going to the gym in January or to initiate the payment of the $monthly feeFurther, why would I respond to an email in November (attached) if my husband was an active member?
The first time I met ***, was on a SaturdayThe City of Azle was having a carnival type of activity, which took place in the parking lot of his gymMy husband introduced me to *** and we had a long, detailed conversation about my physical limitations and what he could do for me. At that time, he claimed that his gym was a first class facility and that he had worked as a The physical/sport therapist and his sister also suffered from FibroHe stated that he knew I would have to take it slow, but the benefits of the program would be worth itHe also indicated that his trainers would provide nutrition/diet information and that they would be available for support and questions when I needed themFurther, because of his training as a physical therapist, he understood I would need special considerations when training and working outI didn't receive any of these services. Please note that I visited my fibro specialist and my general practitioner and also relayed this information to themThey both agreed that with the owners background that this program ***, the owner wall selling me would be beneficial to me
I don't know why he stated that I visited his home, I don't know where he livesWhen I filed the initial complaint with the Revdex.com, *** immediately called my husband and told him I was ruining his business and demanded that my husband take care of this issueHe did not and has not given me the courtesy of a phone call to discussAs stated, he had FB remove my review of his business, (attached) which is not only a violation of my right to free speech, but also keeps his five star rating, which is all he is worried aboutHis conversations with me have been rude, hostile and harassingHe resorts to name calling and harassment of the parties rather than the facts because he knows I'm rightI also, from the communication that I have had with him, get the feeling that he has no respect for woman and he's discriminates against sameHence the continued calls to my husband demanding that my husband "get me under control"Seriously, what business owner acts like that? What business owner is not mature and conscientious enough to care about his customers and resorts to name calling?
I think this guys credentials he claims to have need to be examined and verified and the credentials of his trainers verified to prevent further patrons from being hurtHe fraudulently enticed me to join his gym with promises and services that I did not receive
Please also note that I have also filed a consumer complaint with the Texas Attorney General, so that his company is also on file in the event there are other patrons that have a similar experience
*** *** needs to refund my Ramp Up fee and monthly feeHe also needs to provide his insurance information so that I can be reimbursed for my medical costs associated with the injury.Regards,*** ***
