Longhorn curbing had started the job for this customer with clear prices and the design and color approved by both members of the householdWe purchased sand from a local vender that did not match the curb that was already created, so we ripped it up and had it fixedThe stamping was the only way
to get the design into the concrete and the customer did not address an issue with thisWhen the color was painted on, both members of the household approved of the colorTwo days later when we were finishing coloring the curb, the customer insisted upon a color changeSince the curb painting was almost finished, we informed that it would an extra charge to do a color changeIt was then that the customer became irate, using foul language and yelling at me and my crew member in a hostile manner so we were forced to leave the premisesA day later I received harassing text messagesI refunded the amount for the rope lighting and asked for a letter from the HOA showing their demand to have it removedThe customer refused to show any such letter, therefor it would be a charge for removal as the material and payment for my crew was already givenThe color, style and textures were all approved by the customers on site and were not displayed in the sample brochureThe customer has since not given us permission to return to the property for further action on this matterA refund will not be given

I am rejecting this response because: the owner is lying about not being able to return to complete or remove the productI have text messages of the owner telling me to tell my son to get a truck and for him to remove their defective productWe insist upon a freundWe took pictures through the whole process to prove the incompetent workmanship along with neighboring witnesses.
