Review: I hired the cleaning authority to come clean my home. The services was very incomplete to say the least. The two girls did not complete the job as the owner stated they would. I was also told a manager would be present as this was a first time cleaning. No manager was present until I called to complain that the girls were leaving without completing the cleaning they were going to be paid to do.Garbage was left, the sinks in the kitchen was still left with food bits. Stove top was not cleaned, book cases, furniture was not dusted. The toilets had not been cleaned. I have new wood floors in the kitchen that they cleaned with water that I specifically told them not to use water on the wood. Etc.They were not in my home long before they said they were to leave, I refused to pay them as nothing was cleaned.I just want this published so others will not do business with them as this is business isnot what it advertises.Desired Settlement: I do not want to be charged by this company and want Revdex.com to keep this information on file.

[redacted] kicked the team and my manager out of her home after 1 hour and 50 minutes of cleaning. She sent me an email regarding her expectations and I responded that she is not being charged due to her dissatisfaction. She has not given me any money towards the cleaning which was $125.00.
