7/14/first set of workers started demolition and painting and tiling.Mid Aug 2nd crew of painters hired because 1st set of laborers made a mess of the tile and painting so Longhorn fired them,
November 3rd work still not complete, dishwasher is not a new appliance ,dirty inside no warranty paper work, hooked up incorrectly was not draining when I ran a cycle, gas oven not installed no gas pipe in the back and not leveled, gas hot water heater was removed to tile underneath has not been replacedbathrooms not textured, no caulk around sink/shower in hall bath , shower fixtures coming away from the shower wall, tile floors in wet areas have been set with thin set that has oozed in between each tile thus
Company was hired to replace my roofI paid them half of the money up front, they cashed my check #for $on 5/31/No roof yet!
I met with a representative from the Longhorn G.Ccompany on 5/26/2016, I signed an agreement for a full roof replacement, skylight and vents to be replaced due to hail storm damageI gave the company a check for 50% of the total repair cost *** $7373.88), which was cashed 5/31/
Since this time I have repeatedly been given a date that they would start the workRepeatedly no one showed up at my house as well as no products(shingles/vents) were deliveredI had to call them each time and ask why they were not at my house
I have spoken with the owner, *** and a woman, *** from the office and have been given reasons why they could not start which entailed the roofers would not commit to a date to begin the workI do understand weather has been a minor factor of this work not being doneAlthough, I feel it is entirely un
