Over the past week, We made contact with our client, Mr [redacted] , reference to his complaint (# [redacted] )Mr [redacted] raised several issues which were all ad**essed by myself and the Home Builder, [redacted] HomesSeveral of the complaints were issues that were not deficiencies at the time of our inspection on 3/27/The chief complaint, the deficiency of the non functioning outside hose bibb (rear faucet), was repaired by [redacted] Homes on September 9th as a part of the home warrantyThe home inspection agreement, which was reviewed and signed by Mr [redacted] prior to the inspection, states that The Inspector ( [redacted] ***) makes no guarantee or warranty, expressed or implied, as to any of the following: 1) That all defects have been found or that the inspector will pay for repair of undisclosed defects; 2) That any of the items inspected are designed or constructed in a good and workmanlike manner; AND 3) That any of the items inspected will continue to perform in the future as they are performing at the time of the inspectionAlthough all of the issues raised by Mr [redacted] were ad**essed in our agreement, we want all of our clients to feel that they received the level of service expected by our companyBecause we want Mr [redacted] to be completely satisfied, we refunded all of our fees in the amount of $on 9/13/Thank you, [redacted] , [redacted] Wednesday, September 13th, [redacted] Mr [redacted] , [redacted] apologizes for any inconvenience you may have had after the inspection of your home on 3/27/We strive to provide superior service and we would like to have a 100% satisfaction rate of all of our clientsSometimes, as with all businesses, we fall short of your expectationsPlease accept this full refund of $(total amount of home inspection fee) as a way of saying that we are truly sorryWe hope that you enjoy your home for years to come.Sincerely, [redacted] , [redacted]
