The business has never mentioned the expedition date on the credit issued at the moment, I don't see why couldn't they confirm the expiration date by drifting . that only tells me that they conduct bad business. However that credit money belong to the customer in the first place why would they refuse to refund since it was their mistake not the customer . I'm not pleasant about it and I would like my money that I worked for back . that is called robbing innocent customers. Also I would like to mention that I have not spoken out loud without manners. I'm not that low . I come from a polite family and have been raised with manners and always have respect for others . I thank you for your time. The reason I reported the problem so it doesn't happen to others since I witnessed the problem prior to my turn. People that conduct bad business don't deserve to be around. In regard to the complaint ID [redacted] the customer actually bought the material in [redacted] and we in fact did over charged him $** dollars and we gave him a credit for the same amount that was over charge ..The problem was that we don't give credits to regular...
customers but we made an exception because it was our mistake , the credits that we give are only valid for 15 days and with him we made an exception and gave him 30 days ..The problem was that he came to claimed the credit almost three months after and when we told him that the credit was not valid because he had let passed three months ..He became very aggressive and yell at the worker and threaten us and yell that we were going to regret this and that we were going to pay for it. Our mistake was that we never written the expiration date of the credit in our receipts because we always tell the customer and we have sign that states that the credit is only valid for 15 days .. The owner [redacted] is already aware of the problem and as talk to his lawyer he said if you have any question to please contact him to him cell number [redacted] to find a way to settle the problem and meet with his lawyer thank you
