Review: Bought Pizza crust that wasn't package properly, when I froze them they stuck together. When I called they said they would send me a refund! wanted two months they called me saying the refund keep caming back to them,the claimed they had wrong address. I once again give them my address, then they sent me a check with wrong name. They say there sending me another check, but I haven't got it yet, they said to wait! Can you help,Please!

I am writing this response to the letter I received dated September 23, 2013 in reference to ID # [redacted]. I have investigated the consumer complaint with my customer service department. Here are the results of my findings.
On July 31, 2013 our customer service department received a product complaint from **. [redacted] and informed him that we would be happy to credit him for his $7.00 purchase. When **. [redacted] communicated his name and address to us he spelled his name “[redacted]”. We reviewed the information that he provided with him and we issued our check number [redacted] on the same day and mailed it to **. [redacted] not knowing that he spelled his name to us incorrectly.
On September 13th, 2013 **. [redacted] called us back and told us that we sent him a check with his name spelled incorrectly and that he could not cash it. We issued him our check number [redacted] on September 16th, 2013 and also sent him a self addressed and stamped envelope to return the check with the incorrectly spelled name. (Please note the first check was mailed on 7/31/13 and **. [redacted] did not get back to us until 9/13/13 to inform us that the name was spelled incorrectly.)
This complaint has been resolved and was resolved immediately based upon the information communicated to us from the consumer.
