From: [redacted] Date: Tue, Dec 1, at 10:AMSubject: LongPro pest control dispute responseTo: [redacted] At LongPro Pest Control we specialize in full service warrantied bed bug controlWhat we do is keep coming out every two weeks until the bugs are gone and then you have a 90-day warranty for protection in case they returnWe also offer single treatments which covers all the bedroom and living room areas but only one treatment and no warranty[redacted] contacted us and set up an inspection on 9-30-After the inspection [redacted] choose to go with full service with warranty but was unable to pay in full for the service [redacted] was told that we will split the balance in half free of charge with the first payment due at the time of first treatment then the second payment due two weeks later on the day of second treatment.If the client need more time and the payments to be split up more then there is a finance charge and a credit card must be put on file, [redacted] wanted to split into four payments and was told second payment will be do at the time of second treatmentAfter the second treatment was given we attempted to collect the second payment and [redacted] stated that she thought the payments were due every month and she would not have the money for another two weeksThe client was granted an extension but told that two payments would be due in two weeks she replied that would be fine and to go ahead and just take the remaining balance at that time On 10-14-we attempted to collect the remaining balance but credit card was declined once againWe then attempted to contact [redacted] approximately times over a and 1/week period leaving messages every time she never returned the callsOn 11-20-six days after [redacted] should have been paid in full we managed to collect the remaining balance from [redacted] credit card she put on fileAfter noticing the money had been collected from her account she called and complained that we had no authority to take the money and threatened to contact Revdex.com and leave bad reviews on Internet if I did not refund 235.00, a number we are still not sure how she came up withThe client also complained that there was still bugs so we offered to schedule a follow up appointment which she declined stating that she no longer trusted the company to provide service.Thank you for your timeSean L***

After noticing the money had been collected from her account she called and complained  that we had no authority to take the money and threatened to contact Revdex.com and leave bad reviews on Internet if I did not refund 235.00, a number we are still not sure how she came up with.
