The complainant sent his

I fixed and tested it.
 Everything worked fine when the complainant picked it up. After couple of
days, the complainant come to my store and told me that the power dropped very
fast after I fixed the phone. I had to tight the screws on the battery and
charging port and told them if same thing still happened, it should be the
problem of battery and I need to replace it with $25 charge for the battery.
After the battery replaced, I charged the phone and left it overnight, it only
dropped 3 % after 14 hours. The phone was in very good condition which means
the phone had a dying battery before. After couple of days, the complainant
come again and said the phone could be charged. I had checked everything and
found the battery only can be charged when it was turned off. It was software
problem which I cannot fixed. I suggested the complainant to updated the system
of the phone.
From above description,
my defence against the complaint
is:
1) I only replaced the
cracked screen, there is no chance damage the battery and power system. The
phone was working fine when it was picked up. 
2) After the battery
replaced, the power system worked fine again. 
2) This is a very old
phone, every parts become fragile. Like a patient at 80 years old, no doctor
can guarantee each treatment works fine.
Though I didn't do
anything wrong with phone, I still want to keep my excellent feedbacks from my
other customers. I want to resolve this issue with the complainant peacefully.
I would like to replace the phone with another [redacted] ([redacted]) which is in
very good condition. The complainant gives his dead phone to me and I will give
him another used phone which is in excellent condition.

Review: Took a perfectly functioning [redacted] 4 with a very small crack in the left lower screen for a screen repair. Individual had advertised he is a licensed [redacted] repair vendor on signage at his kiosk. Watched as he repaired phone from a bench in the mall and it appeared he struggled with fixing it, as there were pounding noises and hitting motions coming from the kiosk. Returned to see if there were problems and he said not it was complete. Phone taken home and would not hold a charge for more than a few hours (previously lasted atleast a day or two). Returned phone two days later he checked, said was fine. Returned a few days later with same problem. He took apart said it was battery and changed battery. Battery removed with huge crease in it. Took phone, would not charge at all. Returned he claimed to replace charger port paid him $25 more, charged for one day then stopped. Took back he said port needs repaired that he did not change it. I told him he did, he said he did with a used piece. Informed him that no chargers worked, itunes would not recognize phone, unable to sync, phone is useless. He said it charges with phone off, its a software problem not his problem. SOftware reset to factory settings, no change. I don't know if he used new or used parts, i'm not sure he knows what he is doing. The story changes each day. I just want my phone to function like it did prior to him touching it.Desired Settlement: I would prefer that if he is unable to fix what has broken since the repair that he pays for someone to fix it. If this is not an acceptable request then I want my $75 back that I paid for the repairs that broke my phone and I would like the value of the phone with a cracked screen paid $40 for a total of $115. This is only fair.
