agreeing to, states that we have 4 to 6 weeks after final payment to get her merchandise to her. She angrily came into the store asking for our floor model at one point in her impatience. We agreed to give it to her even though that is not a customary practice here, because then we have no model on display for others to see and potentially lay-away. However, once we agreed to give her that model, she then refused. Stating she’d rather wait on a new one. We also sold her merchandise to her at a discounted price of one hundred dollars less than sticker price at the point of sale for her inconvenience, because we knew she may have to wait the full allowable time for her merchandise to get to her because it was out of stock by the manufacturer at the time. Which she was happy about at the time. We were very open with Ms. [redacted] about the amount of time it would take and fulfilled our responsibility to the fullest, according to our company’s policy.
