On 10/15/A female customer comes in and tried on wigs both was the last one I gave her a discount
On 10/18/customer came
back into the store to return the wig, saying it was the incorrect oneThe customer took the wig out the bag that we had put it into to look said wig over before she purchased it and also asked for a discount on the wigI let her know it was the last one in the store and gave her a discount on the wigWe make sure that our customers look their wig purchases over before being rung out to make absolute sure that what they want
I reviewed the camera back it showed the female customer picking out and purchasing the wig she claimed that was the wrong one
It couldn't be possible because it was the last one all I did was put the wig in a plastic bag
