If the statement you've made had been clarified from the beginning, (before I purchased this service), I would have never botheredI was assured by one of your sales reps, ***, that the price I had listed for my vehicle was very reasonable and assured me that your company was well able to sell it for my desired sale priceAfter I paid, and called in the next day, another one of your reps told me that my car was over priced and nobody who viewed my listing expressed interest in itShe then advice me to reached out to the viewers and engage in conversation with them to "negotiate the price." I was willing to negotiate but *** assured me that the benefit of your service was that I wouldn't have to "wheel and deal" with potential buyers because they already knew what they were looking forIt was because of her confidence in your company's ability to sell my car at the listed price that made me purchase this serviceI was given hope and reassurance and I am very displeased with the outcomeNone of the potential buyers have responded to my emails and weeks later I still have not received any replies or inquiries about my carI want a full refund as an accommodation for your company's lack of truthfulness to your clientsPlease remove my listing and issue my refund immediatelyThank you.

As of today, Ms*** has not applied for a refund from Once Driven. Ms*** 45-Day Guarantee Date was on 1/1/if she sold her vehicle by means other than a buyer supplied by Once Driven before that 45-Day date. I have attached a direct link to the refund terms below for Ms

On behalf of Once Driven, I have processed Mr***'s request for a refund After reviewing his account, it appears that Mr***'s email address was not properly placed on to his account when he purchased his account on 3/24/ As a result of this error, Mr***
did not receive the exposure he should have initially On 4/4/we corrected the mistake and restarted his program Unfortunately the results Mr*** expected weren't realized after this mistake had been made

I see this business says we will not contact you as ofwowI feel so glad they got the I do not want contact from them anymore..being I NEVER asked for it or te high pressure sales they used to get me to "buy" there "help"so NOW shall we address the high pressure sales tactics used by this company, I do not think saying well okayshould be allowed as a remedy, this company engages in illegal high pressure sales tactics and needs to be held accountable for the actions, I think this company needs to address the way they do business, trolling for customers on *** and targeting people who are selling a car or truck with these "offers" of "help" even though the post says do not contact with offers shows how this company regards any type of rules or the privacy of a consumer. I think further actions need to be taken against this company for high pressure sales against the disabled and I think this needs to be addressed in a courtI will look into my options for this as well.This company needs to change the way they pester people for money or "look for customers" who are using ***

The attachments provided by Mr*** are the confirmation email welcoming our customers to the service, and a photo reminder that we send to every new customer who purchases their service with Once Driven and provides us with their email address These emails are very specific and would not have the refund terms outlined Mr*** was verbally read the Once Driven 45-Day Money Back Guarantee refund terms before he authorized his credit card to be processed on 5/12/at 4:P.MEST These terms are also recorded for quality assurance before any authorization of a credit card charge is processed The same refund terms that were verbally agreed to by Mr*** are available online for all of our customers and/or visitors to our website
Mr*** logged in to his online account using the Username number and Password provided on page one of his attachment These numbers allow the customer to log in to their accounts and make price and mileage adjustments The numbers also allow customers to upload their photos to their specific account Mr*** performed this task on 5/12/at 8:P.MEST At that moment, Mr*** had full access to Once Driven's refund policy
If Mr*** had any questions about the refund terms, he could have inquired with our Customer Support team anytime via Online Chat or through E-Mail Mr*** could have also reached out to a Customer Support Representative any time between 9:A.M and 8:P.MEST Monday through Friday, or between 10:A.Mand 6:P.MEST on Saturday's
Mr*** requested his refund on 7/14/which is more than Days after he purchased his service He is not eligible for a refund Again, Once Driven will continue to market his vehicle until it is sold at no additional cost to him

*** then called Once Driven at 10:A.MEST and spoke with one of the Once
Driven sales associates.It appears (based on this
complaint)
that Mr*** wishes to not be contacted again from Once Driven. I have
added the phone number on his complaint to the Do-Not-Call database,
and Mr*** will not be contacted again. If there is another phone
number that Mr*** has been contacted on, I will be happy to examine
the number for calls from Once Driven, and add the number(s) to the

I was offered to sell my used car by Onesdriven for $fee refundable (except for $29), if I sell the car myself within daysI sold the car myself through ***I am sure my buyer did not use Once Driven since I left him my different name and he mentioned a different asking price than what was listed on Once drivenWhen I contacted Oncedriven for a refund (***) they made me fill a long form online and then asked me to call the number *** *** which does not answer and does not return messagesI want the refund per original terms of our agreement!

Once driven is joke and a legal conThey make promises without giving resultsMy listing has been "posted" for over months with no response from customers or once driven When accused of not keeping my account updated and providing customers they only respond they are sorry and will check into it They say my only option to lower my selling priceDo not pay these people ur moneyYou will never see it or resultsI have requested a refund but they will not refund my money When they first called they told me that if there was no results in days I would receive a refundUpon requesting one they told me I wouldn't get one unless I sold my car myselfThey lie and then deny it

Although Mr*** is not eligible for a refund per Once Driven's
refund guarantee, Once Driven will honor his request for a refund of
$135. The refund will appear back to Mr***'s original method of
payment within 3-business days. We wish Mr*** the best of luck
in
