I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Your illicit response creates an avenue of unlimited time and zero accountability to provide any purported services. There has not been any services provided that are justifiable to the expense. I'm requesting a full refund and you will then be unhindered in your future pursuits of illegal financial manipulation of our nation.

We sincerely apologize for inconveniencing Mr. [redacted].  With
respect to contacting him, we assumed he wasn't interested in hearing from
commercial interests completely unrelated to why he posted his contact
information in the first place, (e.g., random marketers such as credit card or
home...

security companies).  Our service is specifically tailored to help
him achieve his goal.  We truly believe in our buyer-seller matching service
and want to help as many people as possible, but we understand that he is not
interested and therefore will not contact him at the number provided in his
complaint.

Thank you for forwarding Mr. [redacted]’s concerns.  We will address each one in the order he raised them.  Mr. [redacted], a former customer of ours as of this month, is now complaining about his online listing being contacted back in December 2014.  He states that we ignored language from...

his [redacted] ad that asked that he not be contacted and that he assumes this is an illegal practice.  Please let Mr. [redacted] know that no laws or website terms were violated as his [redacted] ad was available on other sites and that the language he is referencing is not part of his ad when we encounter it on those other sites.He states that we had no potential buyers for his vehicle.  To the contrary, we forwarded contact information for four (4) interested buyers to him and his ad was viewed almost 1100 times.  We also utilized a paid service to boost his ad on social media.He states that his number is on the National Do Not Call Registry (NDNCR).  As OnceDriven is a DBA for a nonprofit, tax exempt organization, it is permitted to contact numbers on the NDNCR.In good faith, as we did not meet Mr. [redacted]’s expectations, we will process his $189 refund request. Please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on his statement.Thank you for giving us an opportunity to respond.

I posted on Craigslist, checked the do not contact me about other services box. They have called repeatedly (I'm also on the do not call list).

I have responded to an email that Mr. [redacted] sent to me Friday afternoon via my email account ([redacted]).  In the meantime,  I have asked Mr. [redacted] for any additional phone numbers that he may have called from to Once Driven to thoroughly research his claim of no returned...

forward the number at which you were contacted, I can then investigate the
matter to determine where your number was obtained and how and when you were
contacted.  It is important to note that nonprofits are permitted to

They are automatically dialing numbers without even reading the the craigslist post. Otherwise they would have read the following paragraph:
 
'If you aren't a buyer or a buyers representative don't bother calling and wasting both of our times. I will not buy any services from a third party. I just may call your 800 number back to annoy you once I have some time to kill.'
 
This cold calling has to stop. My phone is also listed with the government DoNotList, and a complaint has been filed with them as well. The company is just randomly calling all posts from craigslist and then once they connect me with a representative are they searching or my post and trying to sell their non-sense service. I don't want it. If I wanted to spend money to advertise this car I would have already done so, but craigslist is a perfect place to sell anything, without needing to be bothered by companies like these.

I am not confused as to what happened. I was told by Robert several times that we would get a refund of most of the money if the RV did not sell befor a 45 day period. After we signed the agreement online I made a copy and nowhere does it state otherwise. I will send a copy of the signed agreements.

Per the Once Driven refund guarantee that was agreed upon when Mr. & Mrs. [redacted] agreed to on 2/25/2016, Once Driven will continue to market the [redacted] vehicle at no additional fee until their vehicle has been sold.  Unfortunately, a refund of their purchase price is not an option based...

This pathetic response does not address this company's blatant disregard for the following Federal Law and adhering to the National Do Not Call list. Their entire business model is based upon violating this law. As a telemarketer they are REQUIRED to purchase the National Do Not Call list, along with all the updates and verify that any seller they want to harass is not on this list BEFORE harassing them with repeated sales calls.

[ My name is Mrs. [redacted] and not [redacted].  In the original gorilla marketing calls made by Once Dirven’s marketing team I was guaranteed that I would be contacted by potential buyers.  I was never once contacted by any buyers.  I would have to be shown that individuals viewed my ad, specifically.  And, not accidentally came across them from a Facebook ad or because they appeared on a random search that was only schemed across.  Once again, I was never contacted by any potential buyers from Once Driven.  The only time that I was contacted by any one from Once Driven was a week after my ad was posted to try and tell me my selling price was too high and that I should reduce the price of my vehicle from $2400 to $1500.  Needless to say, I sold the car on my own for $2500.  At this point I think it would be in the best interest of the Federal Attorney General to pursue a class action law suit against Once Driven for Fraud and for the Consumer Anti-Trust Act.
