Scam x1000. Do not use this fraud service. I didn't get one call or lead of any sort for my vehicle and of course was out the $189. I reached out and tried to see if there was anything we could do to better the odds of selling. I sent in great pics and priced below kbb. Unbelievable.

Review: I posted my vehicle for sell on [redacted] in an effort to sell it before it was repossessed. I was contacted by Once Driven and assured that my vehicle should sell within a few days.

I paid $189 for their services and have yet to contacted by ANYONE referred by Once Driven about purchasing the car. I've contacted my "sales rep" several times by email and phone and have gotten no response. My vehicle will soon be repossessed and I would like a refund of my $189 since they have done nothing at all for me.

They preyed upon me during a time of desperation. I was very undecided on the phone and even asked to call them back but the rep that initially contacted me was very persistent and continued to say the vehicle would likely sell within a few days so I went ahead and paid for their service. Apparently he didn't want me to do any research to find out they are scamming people out of money.

I essentially paid them $189 for absolutely nothing.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of the $189 since the company failed to provide me with the service they emphasized on the initial call and I cannot get a response from anyone there regarding my complaint.

Response:

If Ms. [redacted] sells her Mustang to a source not delivered by Once Driven, she will be eligible for a refund minus the $29 processing fee.Once Driven has delivered the service that Ms. [redacted] purchased on 6/1/2016. Once Driven will continue to proactively market her vehicle to assist her with the sale until she has sold her car. Unfortunately, a repossessed vehicle does not constitute an actual sale, and would result in Ms. [redacted] not being eligible for a refund due to a Title Transfer not transpiring.Again, Once Driven's intent is to help Ms. [redacted] sell her vehicle before a repossession may be necessary.Sincerely,[redacted]Quality Assurance Manager

Response:

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I was contacted by Once Driven regarding the sell of my car. I made it very clear to the agent that I was selling my car to avoid repossession. He advised me that not only would I be refunded if the car was repossessed but that he anticipated my car to sell within a few days.I left a voice mail for my sales rep, [redacted] and she returned my call and left a voice mail stating that if the car had been repossessed I would receive a refund.I've yet to see my car advertised for sale anywhere and haven't received even one call from anyone referred by Once Driven. After several emails and messages [redacted] responded only after I told her I'd filed a complaint. She put me on hold and told me that her boss was turning my information over to the Refund Department. I requested contact information for the Refund Department via email and didn't receive a response. I called today and left message for a gentleman who I was told is her manager. Shortly after there was a response to my complaint.I was very plainly told by 2 employees of their company that if my vehicle was repossessed I would receive a refund, I've yet to see my car advertised by Once Driven at all, I've received no calls from people referred by Once Driven, it took several messages and emails and finally filing this complaint before I received a response from her and I was then led to believe I would receive a refund. Ice Driven had failed to provide even minimal service and lied to get my business.I will not be satisfied with anything less than a refund. Thanks much-[redacted]

Response:

If Ms. [redacted] can provide an audio recording or documentation showing this promise being made by any of our representatives, Once Driven will be happy to offer a refund minus the processing fee if Ms. [redacted]'s vehicle does end up being repossessed within the first 45 days of her listing being purchased with Once Driven. If Ms. [redacted] is unable to provide any documentation supporting her claim, the original determination made by Once Driven in its initial response will take effect.Sincerely,[redacted]Quality Assurance Manager

Response:

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

The last paragraph of my previous response clearly stated the issues I have with this company and being refunded if my car was repossessed was only one of the problems. The issue is not only the false information given to me by two employees regarding a refund if my vehicle was repossessed but my car wasn't even posted for sale until I complained. I haven't had even one person referred by Once Driven contact me but again I was assured during the first call that my car would likely sell in a few days. As I mentioned in my previous message, Once Driven has failed to provide even the most minimal service. I had to call and email several times to get a response at all from my contact there and when she did finally contact me it was because I told her I'd filed a complaint with the Revdex.com and sent her the complaint number. I was then told that my account was being turned over to the "Refund Department" which would lead any reasonable person to believe that they will likely receive a refund. When I sent an email requesting contact information for the Refund Department I received no response. Instead Once Driven immediately responded to my complaint. Given the reputation of the company and the numerous complaints against them it's not at all unlikely that they would fail to provide the services paid for. Given the number of complaints filed with the Revdex.com it seems that I am a far more reliable source of information or services they provide than they are. As I said before, I would like a refund. Feel free to keep the $29 but I am entitled to receive the rest of my money back since the company gained my business under false pretenses and has failed to live up to expectations of service they offered.

Regards,

Business

Response:

Ms. [redacted] was not sold the service for Once Driven under false pretenses as she states. Once Driven reads and records all terms of service, and receives authorization from its customers before a payment can ever be processed for its service. Ms. [redacted]'s car was listed immediately after she purchased her service with Once Driven on 6/1/2016, and remains active as of today. On 6/2/2016 we called Ms. [redacted] to remind her that we needed photos of her car to effectively promote her vehicle on her behalf. Within 3 hours Ms. [redacted] added photos to her listing. On 6/8/2016 at 3:25 P.M. EST, Ms. [redacted]'s Account Manager returned her call and fielded a question about a refund. The Account Manager then asked Ms. [redacted] if she had sold her car. Within 4 hours 6/8/2016 6:15 P.M. EST, Ms. [redacted]'s Account Manager forwarded an email from Ms. [redacted] demanding a refund. On 6/9/2016 at 9:10 A.M. EST, Ms. [redacted]'s Account Manager then forwarded an additional email from Ms. [redacted] threatening a Revdex.com complaint. At that time management determined that it would handle any further communication with Ms. [redacted] via the Revdex.com.As a good faith gesture, Once Driven will offer Ms. [redacted] a partial refund of 50% of her purchase price. This $95 refund will be processed immediately if Ms. [redacted] agrees to the proposed good faith gesture. If she does not agree to this offer, Once Driven will continue to market her vehicle until it has sold. As a courtesy, I have attached a direct link to the Once Driven 45-Day Guarantee.[redacted] Sincerely,[redacted]Quality Assurance Manager

Review: Decided to allow oncedriven.com to sell a truck for me after being contacted by them. I was told (and it states in the contract) that if I sold the truck without them within 45 days I would receive a refund minus a $29 processing fee. I agreed and sold the truck without their assistance prior to the 45 days. I made several attempts to send them the proper documentation to show that it was sold (title, personal check, etc...). However, after the multiple phone calls and email they failed to as they say "receive" the proper documentation. I sent 3 emails to them with the information. And separate emails and phone calls were made with the request for another way to send the information. To which I was given no answer. All I want is the refund ( less the fee) given back to me.Desired Settlement: Refund of $189 minus the $29 processing fee.

Review: Once Driven charged me 189.00 to sell my car. After 3 months of no responses, I called them several times to see what was going on with the sale of my car. They responded that the car was moved to "the bottom of the list" and I should call weekly to get my car at the top of the list. They promised to sell my car. I received no phone calls or any response after reducing my asking price 3 times. They never gave advice to help me sell the car that they promised to see. I did all the work.I felt I was taken advantage of in their false advertisement.I believe others should be aware of their practices of deceit.Desired Settlement: Refund

Review: Seems it's the exact same as a large amount of others. I said no soliciting on my [redacted] post and they still contacted me by calling which also was said no to. It said text or email only so 2 violations there. Message saying what others have said promise to sell and a fee required and a waiting list etc etc I'm in middle of breast cancer treatments and financial issues and don't need this additional crap. It seems they need to quit the business or be dealt with as it's borders harassmentDesired Settlement: They stop soliciting when told not to. Also they don't call when told not to. I'm not paying someone to sell my car and they shouldn't be lying and making promises they can't fulfill.

Review: After listing my 2003 infiniti G35 on [redacted] I was contacted by a sales rep from OnceDriven.com she explained that they could help me sell my car and exaggerated a bunch of stuff like their "success rate" for example. Anyways, I was charged 189.00 on Janurary 4th 2016 and promised that if I sold the car within 45 days I would qualify for a refund minus a processing fee of $35 if I'm not mistaken. I was assigned to a case worker.. [redacted], she was pretty nice. she was suppose to call me every week with updates and she did for a few weeks although there was nothing to update me about...

well later the car sold. February 11th 2016 through [redacted]. I took all the necessary steps, even the ridiculous ones like sent pictures to the special email as they requested. I did all this to ensure my refund would be definite. I waited about a month and then called to check the status. [redacted] said that she saw my request and that my refund was processing. I said no problem. another month goes by... All of a sudden, [redacted] stops returning phone calls and can't be reached.

Im tired of leaving voicemails. I've recently reached out to our family lawyer and discussed legal action. I expect my refund soon because everything has been documented and will be presented to a Judge!Desired Settlement: aside from the aforementioned non refundable processing fee... I'm entitled to a refund!!

Response:

Mr. [redacted] refund has not been processed due to no information supporting that a Title Transfer for his vehicle has occurred. As of today (6/7/2016), there still is no Title Transfer reported via the National Motor Vehicle Title Information System database (NMVTIS). As of today (6/7/2016), Mr. [redacted] last Title activity was reported on 12/21/2015 when a lien was reported for the vehicle in question. If Mr. [redacted] can provide sufficient proof that his car has been sold, and his title has transferred ownership, Once Driven will be more than happy to accept his refund request. If it is discovered that Mr. [redacted] vehicle was sold within the first 45 days of listing his vehicle with Once Driven, Mr. [redacted] would be entitled to a refund of $160 ($189 minus the $29 processing fee).Sincerely,[redacted]Quality Assurance Manager

After jumping through every hurdle and after speaking to my assigned representative [redacted] and hearing her say that it took awhile for the title transfer to show up but she's putting in a request now to process my refund... and after she stopped communicating with me for the next month or so... AFTER I make several negative blog posts on Revdex.com.com and a few other reputable websites. THEN I finally get a return phone call from [redacted] and within 24 hours I might add.Now you decide to challenge rather or not the vehicle has been sold?? If I can prove its been sold? how would you like me to do that for you... send in my birth certificate or would a copy of my DMV transcripts suffice?

Regards,

Response:

Mr. [redacted],Thank you for your email. Any proof of sale that shows the title for the vehicle has been transferred to the new owner would constitute as a sale. I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.the online refund procedure requires a number of unnecessary steps in order to remain eligible for a refund, I followed every single step, EXACTLY as requested and did everything as I was asked to do. This included the proof of sale. the vehicle was sold on [redacted] back in February and shipped to a gentleman named [redacted] who lives in [redacted]. At that time I sent over the [redacted] item number, the [redacted] submitted deposit information and the several other supporting documents that I was able to screenshot and submit. That was nearly 6 months and now and unfortunalty [redacted] doesn't preserve data from sales made that long ago. The bottom line is, I payed for your lousy service. then I sold my vehicle without any help from you or your staff. they never even called me a single time with a lead or an interested buyer. NOW I deserve a refund. whatever you need to do to verify the sale. YOU NEED TO DO! is your business doing that bad that you want to rob innocent people of their hard earned money? its bad enough I have to pay for a processing fee... you people did absolutely NOTHING to help me get that car sold.Regards,[redacted]

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. That is so ridiculous... I submitted all of the listing information directly after the sale!! You can only access listings up to 90 days through the itemized invoice for the month when they were listed. I tried to search the vehicle history on Carfax. I'm sure that would clearly show an updated owner but I have absolutely no way of getting the vin number to the vehicle. At this point I'm simply fed up. What your requesting from me I HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED. Now nearly six months later the requested documents are not available. pull your own archives and review whats already been submitted.

Review: After placing an add on [redacted] for a vehicle, I was contacted by this company. I went back to the original add that I placed to ensure that I had the "do NOT contact me with unsolicited services or offers" within the add. It was. After talking to [redacted], she ensures me that it must be a software glitch. Review: Once Driven contacted me about a vehicle I have listed for sale on the [redacted] for the [redacted] area. I had already checked the box to not contact me if you are a commercial business , which Once Driven apparently is.

Contacted them on this date 6/24/2016 11:30 A.M. PST and informed the rep that after I had reviewed the Revdex.com listings as well as other sources to support any reviews I would be in contact with them. The sales rep hung up on me, where upon I availed myself to the Revdex.com of Virginia site to discover they are indeed violating [redacted] Policy and are circumventing all applicable laws. It is with the following in mind this complaint is filed and I want it clearly known, the State of Virginia Attorney Generals office as well as the Revdex.com of Virginia pursue this matter to the fullest extent of the law.Desired Settlement: The following is a desired resolution : 1) NO further contact made by the above mentioned business to me on any level what so ever.

2) A written apology as well as a written apology to me via US Postal Service mail that the did indeed violate the [redacted] policy and 3) The State of Virginia Attorney Generals office pursues all legal avenues to stop this business from preying upon in people who are in the process of selling vehicles. This is an opportunistic business venture that should be shut down immediately before someone takes not only the time but the monetary means available to deliver to their door step a definite outcome of which will be very final and will be clearly understood by that so called business.

Review: I listed a vehicle with this company to sell back in May. I had my car listed on my own on [redacted] before this, and they kept calling me asking me to list with them. I finally called them, and over the phone, they specifically told me that if my car had not sold in 45 days, I could get a full refund. I gave them my credit card number and they processed the payment. I called today to request my refund, as I have not yet received even a single call, offer, or inquiry regarding my car. This is the second time I have responded to the exact same offer, which basically offers me nothing. They did nothing to sell my car, as I never had a single call on it, and they will not refund my payment as I was promised over the phone. I did not agree to any terms over the phone other than the fact that if my car was not sold in 45 days, they would refund my money. Also over then phone, before I agreed to pay for their service, they claimed there were 1000 people in my area already interested in my car. This was reiterated to me multiple times, and they called me day and night to pursue my business. This is a very shady way to do business as I never received any of their "terms" orally or in writing prior to my payment nor afterward. I did not receive any benefit from their "service," and all I want is a refund of my money as they promised, as it has been over 45 days.

This pathetic response does not address this company's blatant disregard for the following Federal Law and adhering to the National Do Not Call list. Their entire business model is based upon violating this law. As a telemarketer they are REQUIRED to purchase the National Do Not Call list, along with all the updates and verify that any seller they want to harass is not on this list BEFORE harassing them with repeated sales calls.

OnceDriven is NOT a non profit company - it's a sales and marketing company that calls people who list their cars for sale on other web sites and publications trying to SELL you on their services for $200. That's a telemarketing business and they ARE regulated by the National Do Not Call list.

You have in fact called me on the listed nimber bout a year ago when I was selling my supercharged xterra, you called me two weeks ago at [redacted], and you had previously called me at [redacted]. They constantly violate solicitation agreements through craigslist. The most recent xterra was only advertised on there. Not only do I check the "do not contact me with solicitation" box. This company contacted me and left me a voicemail which I still have and I could easily provide to you guys. Review: This company is violating several issues. First of all, I have an ad on [redacted] selling my motorcycle. I marked my add as "do not contact for services". This company calls me EVERY DAY with a recorded message offering to sell the motorcycle for me for a nominal fee. That leads me to the second issue. They're listed as a non-profit, but they take fees. I've asked to have my number removed but they continue to call me every day. Finally, they have a way of calling where my phone only rings a half a ring and goes right to voicemail, forcing me to call them to ask them to remove me. When I call them I'm on hold listening to their sales pitch for 40 minutes. IT's a complete scam.Desired Settlement: This company needs to be investigated in their practices. and have my name removed from the list.

The phone number listed in Mr./Ms. [redacted] complaint was added to the Once Driven Do-Not-Call database on 8/5/2016 and will not be contacted again. On behalf of Once Driven, we apologize for any inconvenience.Mr./Ms. [redacted] seeks to prevent OnceDriven from [redacted] and asserts that he has made this request before. OnceDriven has no record of being contacted by this number and always adds numbers immediately to its internal list (it was added on August 5, 2016). Mr./Ms. [redacted] also asserts that OnceDriven is contacting him on a daily basis. No one from OnceDriven would do that so it is likely that Mr./Ms. [redacted] is being contacted by multiple companies. Sincerely,[redacted] Quality Assurance Manager

Review: Once Driven solicited me through an add on Craig's List to sell my motorcycle. The Sales rep verbally informed me on the phone that Once Driven would run an add for $189.00 for 45 days. In the event the bike did NOT sale, Once Driven would refund my $189 with the exception of $29.00 service fee - no risk. I gave my payment information over the phone and agreed to run the add. After the bike did not sale, I went to the Once Driven website and pulled up the Money Back Guarantee information to start the process. To my dismay, it was not at all what was described and sold to me over the phone. I called to speak with a customer rep and explain my sales rep. mislead me in the purchase. Needless to say they took no responsibility in the act and was very rude. I was instructed to leave a message with an account specialist, no one returned my call. Once Driven has my money and that is where the customer care stops. If the actual terms where disclosed on the sales call, I would have never signed up for this service as there no incentive. Why would I list my goods with Once Driven, when I can list for free somewhere else - The only appeal was I could list with Once Driven at no risk and loose only $29 dollars.Desired Settlement: The Once Driven Sales Reps work on commission. They will say whatever needs to be said in order to make a sale. Due to the verbal misleading of the terms and agreements by the Once Driven Sales Rep, and deliberate deception of the money back guarantee terms, my desired outcome would be a refund of $160.00, less the $29 dollar service fee.

Response:

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Before my payment was processed, "I" did agreed to the Once Driven 45-Day Guarantee terms of service which were"verbally" stated -- If "I" DID NOT sell "my" vehicle within the first 45 days of LISTING with Once Driven,"I" would be eligible for a refund minus the $29 processing fee. Also, verbally stated that if "my" vehicle was not sold, that Once Driven would continue to marketing"my" vehicle until it was sold for no additional fee. With this being said, "I", "my' and "Once Driven" is not differentiated as to what those words really mean. I am selling "my" goods through Once Driven, so when stated if "YOU" don't sell your goods with in a 45 day period "YOU" will be eligible for a refund. It is not stated that "YOU" means, " outside of Once Driven. That is misleading in a deliberate manor - I am most certain that if I reached out to your unsatisfied customers, as there are many, most would agree that Deceptive Trade Practices are alive and well within your company. Your sales team uses the 45 day Guarantee as an incentive to falsely hook the consumer and trick them into believing Once Driven Guarantees to sale your goods with in 45 days or you will receive a refund, less the $29 dollar service fee. Nothing is signed or explained before this is agreed to or before ones credit card is charged. I was hoping to settle this in a fair manor without legal action. After reading all of the on line complaints about your company, I don't think it would be difficult to collaborate and proper file a complaint if we cannot come to a reasonable conclusion.

Review: After I listed an item for sale on [redacted] in [redacted] I have receive numerous phone calls from this company. I asked NOT to be contacted by third party advertisers in my post. I am on the national do no call list. Yet they feel it's fine for them to call me over and over on my cell.Desired Settlement: This company continually uses dishonest business practices by ignoring the national do not call list and contacting people who do not wish to be contacted. This is not the first vehicle I've sold on [redacted]...this is not the first time they have called me. After the first time when I told them I do not wish to be contacted, they continue to contact me over and over.

Regards,

Review: Longwood Industries aka OnceDriven.com is making unsolicited telephone sales call to a cell phone that has been registered with the federal Do Not Call database. OnceDriven is required by federal law to check the database before they call the telephone numbers. They are fishing telephone numbers from online ads and calling without checking the database. They have violated numerous federal statutes: 15 U.S.C. § 6151, 16 C.F.R. 310.4(b)(1)(iii), 15 U.S.C. § 6152 ,

and 15 U.S.C. § 6155.

I have not requested information nor established a business relationship.Desired Settlement: Stop using online sales ads to solicit business and to be compliant with federal law.

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Just adding my number to their Do Not Call list does not solve the problem. This business makes their living phishing people's phone numbers on various websites. Federal law is very clear. They must check the Do Not Call database first before making a sales call. I will still pursue this thru the FTC and federal channels.
