11/25/Dear ***,I have received your correspondence concerning *** *** ID #*** *** complained to me via email with blurry pictures to show me the supposed damage to his wheelsI asked *** *** to bring the car to me so I could see what he was
complaining about, I have yet to hear back from *** ***.I find it hard to believe that his wheels were damaged by us, we use a tire machine that is touchless to the wheel and designed specifically to handle these types of wheelsThis machine was purchased by us years ago and this is the first and only complaint.I mean *** *** no disrespect but with no proof l cannot act,Thank you,John ROwner
