Revdex.com:
I am confused as to what was answered since my last lengthy and thorough responseAt this time, Lonnie Bravo has failed to repair a newly installed pipeThis pipe and all other plumbing is subject to his year warranty which started in OctoberWe are months into the month warranty. When the pipe was discovered it was before the inspection and Lonnie Bravo said he repaired it. Last month when we contacted him he said that he would deal with the homeowner direct and committed to doing the repair. He has failed to make good on his promises.

job at the above address [redacted] is referring to, is a new residential home
from ground up. Anybody knows when new plumbing is in the ground, there
should not be a new clog issue. The
water test was completed and the city inspection passed at [redacted] and contract completed.[redacted]'s concrete contractor, has already paid Lonnie Bravo Plumbing twice to
repair new broken PVC pipes caused by concrete trencher machine. Apparently the
concrete contractor had broken a third pipe to the Kitchen area, and the
General Contractor is blaming Lonnie Bravo Plumbing for the damage. The
responsibility for the broken pipe is the concrete contractor's not the
plumbing contractor's. [redacted] does not understand that new schedule 40 PVC pipes do not break, unless soil
pressure load transferred to the buried pipe from traffic on the surface above it, caused by heavyweight
or constant traffic such as roadways use in residential site/landscape are
being used. Piping systems must be designed and installed to ensure they can
handle anticipated loads caused by heavyweight vehicles and/or trailers. Damages

Revdex.com:Pipes were broken by the concrete provider. In response, the concrete company paid Lonnie Bravo to repair said pipes. In addition, the pipes were filled and water tested AFTER the concrete provider left the job. Lonnie Bravo has committed to both myself (the builder) and...
the homeowner that it will be fixed. This was an issue that came up on the home inspection and Linnie Bravo said "he fixed the clog". Now he is claiming a broken pipe and has been slothful to repair. This response is exactly opposite to his claim that he will fix the pipe.
