Also when he came to my home I told him the dimensions of the new shed and he told me that he could install it. I didn't measure the pad and neither did he. I had an adjustor from his insurance company on my property and HE measured the pad and likely gave that information to MrTrout

When my assistant and showed up on the 10th we disassembled the old metal shed and began to assemble the new shed. Once we laid the new shed of I realized that the measurements for the shed did not in match that of the concrete foundation pad, informed her that she would need the floor kit that was included with the shed kit, in order to secure it to the ground, as it did not fit on the existing concrete pad. However, that would require extra labor (and fee associated with that) as that was not what was presented to me when we had previously met and discussed the job.
