I am rejecting this response because: I asked for proof that he bought a cartridgeI have never received itThe only thing he showed me was my old flapper that he threw in the trashHe scratched up my hot water handle when he moved it from the left side sink to the right side sinkHe switched handlesHe did not buy a new handleHe also promised me in a later email that he would not charge me for a new handle that he was ordering from Moen

I have responed to every emailReplacement handle was ordered thru Fergusons supply,it arrived on mondayThere was an issue with the handle,Ferguson is working to correct the issue.email was sent to explain issueI will contact customer when correct handle arrives.I have spoke with customer by
