If they want [redacted] a security up front, all they had to do was ask, but not this wayNot holding my furniture hostage and demanding $2,when the original quote was $900.As for the plants, they dug up NOTHINGThe extra help I hir [redacted] dug up and replant [redacted] the plantsThe only ones they mov [redacted] were ALREADY IN POTS.That is simply untrue.I watch** the girls dig them up and I help [redacted] them put them in at the new house.Yes, the Grandfather weights have been return**, but only after many, many phone calls asking them to lookAnd yes [redacted] did yell and curseWhen I was in Gainsville speaking with **, he admitt [redacted] was like that and said he was going to have someone call me from customer service to address thisI never receiv [redacted] that call [redacted] also promis [redacted] me he would look into the severely exaggerat [redacted] charges on their bill and the times longer to complete the jobI never heard anything further about that eitherAnd then I had to pay someone to drive me to Gainsville to get the weights because I could not trust them after all thisI don't think [redacted] ever look [redacted] in that truck, [redacted] did, but not until you contact [redacted] them and made them.I have also since found many more problems:1.All my Grandmothers crystal is shatter [redacted] beyond recognitionMy b [redacted] frame fell apart with me in itReal good for the back surgeries I had a few weeks ago.#My graNdFATHER HAS FURTHER DaMAGE ON THE DOOR, THE STRIKER AND SOMETHING CALL [redacted] SCHOCK ( APPARENTLY FROM HAVING BEEN DROPP**).My scale and my tablet and my perfume are still missing and sweaters Regards, [redacted] ***

I do understand the frustration you may haveYour move was Which was less than our minimumI personally waived the fuel charge to help compensateDuring our conversation prior to the move I did explain you that it would be after completion of the first move and that we were looking to be there around the estimated time and on track to do so at that time I do apologize for Angel not reaching out after that timeWe did however service your move and not cancel it

Yes tobacco is a non refundable product However I am aware of this situation and the customer was offered a return visit to consume of the product in which they paid for If the customer would like a credit in the store for another product that can be arranged as well Please
contact the store *** and ask for Julio who is the manager that can assist you to get the product for your credit It is unfortunate that Jason was unable to handle this situation in a proper manner I was told that he did provide hookah but some of the people in that party just didn't want it So please contact Julio and he will be sure to take care of your needs Thanks

this move. I explained that the hourly rate is $99hr for a 2 man crew. It is
start to finish – plus 1.5hrs to get back to Gainesville(move is from
Gainesville to Jacksonville)… The...

fuel charge.   When she asked me what the price was, I explained that I won’t
know the price until the day of the move – that it depends on how long it takes
to get it done. I crunched numbers and told her I came up with a price of $818 –
so I would say the price would be $700-$1000. She told me she didn’t have that
much money – and that she had been quoted $600 by Amy. Amy was the person that
booked her move. A couple minutes later we got a call from the owner of the
Jacksonville location. She told them I asked for a $1000 deposit. That is not true. I never asked her for a $1000 deposit. In fact I explained that we collect before offloading, and we take Credit, Debit, or Cash.
 
 On 7/31/2015 we did the move in question. The total of the move
was $798.54 Now she complained that she was quoted $500. We discounted her
move $23.54 and only charged her $775.

I am rejecting this response because: we have already spoken with the home office in Texas and were told AMS would work with us. I refuse to waste any more time for the fact that we paid for a service and AMS did not follow through. Our belongings were improperly handled and the burden of its shortcomings is being placed on us. AMS is fully aware we are not satisfied with the settlement and are aware that our belongings were never inventoried or stored properly. We should not be required to jump through hoops to resolve this matter. If this matter is not resolved, the attorney general will be notified.

I do understand the frustration you may have. Your move was 297.00. Which was less than our minimum. I personally waived the fuel charge to help compensate.
