Review: Sloppy, unacceptable work was done.The job was paid in full with his promise to return. Contacted him multiple times to return to complete work. Appointments were made several times and he would not show up or give any explanation.It took 14 months for him to return to discuss incomplete, unacceptable work. He asked for more money and we agreed to pay more after it was completed correctly.Finally he returned and corrected portions of the punch list. Some of the work he attempted to correct was worse after he was done. He never fully completed the $22,000 project that included: gutters, french drains, install sliding door, build deck with steps, cement steps, sidewalk, and pad, and landscaping to areas involved.Pictures were taken and sent to show the end result of the poor work and a drawing was submitted showing how it should look -- they were ignored.Desired Settlement: I would like the unacceptable work finished correctly!
