I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.This could have been avoided if the terms and conditions were delivered to me which I found out by *** was delivered to *** at Cavalier Tours *** will not speak to me about billing they will only speak to the travel agentAlso the travel agency didn't cancel the trip Friday o17th when I called that Monday I was not made aware until two weeks I would have to file an insurances claim to receive funds
Cavalier Tours didn't provide any information outlining anything for cancellation policy
