LooLoo Auto Sales

I bought 2005 [redacted] from Loo Loo auto dealership. Initial experience was awesome and the salesperson was nice. I am a deaf individual. Upon purchasing the vehicle it took some time to finally have everything done. Little after a month of owning the [redacted] the water pump went out, I went back to Loo Loo and asked them if the warranty covered the water pump. As it says on the warranty that it will cover any mechanical components. To my disbelief that the water pump was not covered. But, they covered the first repair. Three months later (few days ago) the water pump went out again. I went to [redacted] where they usually have the car serviced there. They called Loo Loo and explained to them about the problem. I was told to go to Loo Loo to discuss about the warranty on that water pump. This is where it began. The sales man was trying to be as knowledgeable when they used different company to get one certain part. I asked them to contact the warranty department to see if the warranty was still good. But, time came too late just before I left to Parry Sound, they told me "They are closed, you know long weekend". I asked them to text me back, they never did. I had to get it repaired after I arrived. But one thing that the mechanic told me that the part they installed prior this was a used part.

Loo Loo sells awesome cars and the price is awesome! They lack in customer service. They do not know the cars and how they are supposed to be serviced. I am car nuts, myself I do know how it is supposed to be serviced.
