I called Loomba Plumbing , as my heating furnance stopped working . He came and charged $150 to diagnose the problem . he said motor of my furnance has burnt and it would cost $400 and he need to order it . Next day when we called him he asked for $300 upfront and said he would order the part only when we would pay and it would take another 2-3 days . Then we called another technician , to our surprise the another tecnician said the motor is all good and it is only sensor that has gone . He fixed the furnance in 15 minutes and charged only $85 . There was another surprise when I checked my credit card statement online we came to know that he has taken the paymnet from credit card and told us that creditcard has not gone through and took cash also from us .

I had been getting service from him from over 12 years. I found him expensive above the market but I trusted him. My last two calls he really over charged me and took advantaged of the situation. The work was not done properly. They changed one part and left the other one which started leaking the second day. They charged me over $ 400. For the work done in less than an hour. When I called I was told they will come and visit me. It's been a week nobody showed up. [redacted]

I had called around to find someone to fix my furnace I have had trouble with it for years and the landlord was always so cheap to fix it . Finally someone recommended loombas and they were very friendly and came out even tho the weather was terrible and he spent an hour to fix a problem I've been dealing with for years . Very very well done and good experience will continue to use there company
