When I picked up Mrs [redacted] vehicle for repair her vehicle did not start or turn over She insisted that I tow it to my shop to complete the clutch repair Mrs [redacted] stated that she was getting a check from the State to assist in the cost of repairs to her vehicle She clearly stated that her clutch ONLY were to be repaired as she did not have the additional funds to fix any other issues she was having with her vehicle.I did exactly as I said I would do and what I was being paid for, which was replace the Clutch/ Kit with all brand new parts Never was their any agreement to do any repairs on her starter, alternator, or spark plugs These parts were never touched during her clutch repair. When I completed the clutch kit all the proper parts of that and the transmission and its bolts were properly assembled There was nothing broken or parts stripped or missing. The cord that she speaks of leading from her trunk is an old radio cord which was there when her vehicle was brought in for repair, it was not connected and was in no way wrapped around her gas tank.Mrs [redacted] vehicle did take an extra day to complete as I wasn’t able to get the part needed that was on order until late Saturday evening, my shop is closed on Sunday I completed the repair Monday and her vehicle was ready to be picked up on Tuesday Mrs [redacted] knew her vehicle wouldn’t start and I offered her to try and charge her battery which did not work Never did I say that I would replace her battery or any other issues with the vehicle At this time Mrs [redacted] repeatedly called at all hours of the day throughout the weekend being very rude and vulgar. She was upset because I wouldn’t complete any additional repairs knowing that she didn’t have additional funding to pay for parts or my services and began posting claims on social media, sending threatening phone calls and text messages, and even recently as went so far as to threatening to burn down my shop to a third party which was brought to my attention by Sheboygan Police who have this documented.Mrs [redacted] has made numerous reports with the Revdex.com in addition to the Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection using her own identity as well as other customers identities and information regarding their vehicles without their knowledge A few of these claims have already been dismissed.I would have gladly tried to work something out with Mrs [redacted] on a payment plan with fixing other issues her vehicle may have had but after the constant slander and defamation of character acts she has been involved in against myself and my business I decided it was best to part ways and allow her to have her vehicle serviced elsewhere

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I received a response from the Auto Repair Shop via the Revdex.com, *** *** is not telling the truth, as the agency would not have paid for him to fix part of my car, I have witnesses that knows my car started prior to Eric *** taking my car from my home, I was never in possession of my car after he took it, I gave Eric the check on October 11th my car was towed approximately days after that, I do have text messages between Eric *** and myself, furthermore the shop that my car was towed to took photos of my car and the broken parts on my transmission etcI have NEVER FILED a complaint for anyone besides myself as people have told me about the things wrong with their vehicle and I encouraged them to file a complaint one of the person's insisted that she did not and I have the text messages of me and her conversationEric *** is not telling the truth, as I am not a Mechanic so how would I know what was wrong with my car ? I didn't, none of the accounts in my complaint is and who in their right mind would get a loan from a state agency to continue to go to work pay $1, for a car that didn't work in the first place, makes no sense at allI am forwarding messages between myself and another person who says she filed a complaint then said she didn't so if he's referring to her that I filed a complaint for it's clearly a statement and these are the messages between myself and someone who messaged me on messengerThe car repair shop that my car is at right now took pictures of my car the broken pieces etc and I can have them faxed on MondayThese are the messages I shared with other parties regarding their Vehicle repairs at Loomis Auto I do not know their private information etcEric doesn't want to be responsible for his actions when he clearly is taking people's money and breaking their property

Renee ***
