Our policy is that all parts to be returned have to be in original condition as shipped to the customer Our policy clearly states that all parts should be inspected upon arrival.The customer even cites this in his complaint He evidently decided it was not important to inspect the parts upon arrival as we request It is not our fault that he decidedto have work done to the part before he checked that it indeed was correct for his application
