My parcel got delivered to the wrong address and there was no apology and nobody took responsibility for it. I never released the company of getting my signature for the delivery - they don't care. Value lost >$ 100. Don't use the service.

Our local Operations team have confirmed that they have located and coordinated delivery for June 6,2017 to an alternate address for the receiver.  The shipment was initially shipped through [redacted], we are an agent to [redacted].
