[redacted] has contacted us several time and once his wife was extremely abusiveThis bike was repaired on 7/10/it was out of warranty days laterAlthough I above repeatedly asked to see the bike and the parts I have seen neitherWe never responded as to what we would do or not dueBut I only warranty work that was paid forThey only paid for the work done on 7/9/Invoice is shown hereWhether he rode it for one minute past the warranty or days or weeks we don't knowBut he showed up here months laterStill all and all he has now disassembled the motor by his trusted mechanic without letting us see it first or even have opportunity to check it outSincerely yours, [redacted] Looney Tooners Performance

I attempted to resolve this matter with [redacted] and he asked me how I felt he was obligated to fix it because I took it apart elsewhere and never gave him a chance to and asks me to go awayThe bureau of automotive repair has also been notified and they informed me that they don't have a licence for repairs in CA

I am rejecting this response because: Looney Tuners are responsible for the damage done and I have proof that it was ? reassemble improperlyThey also have told me several times they do not want nothing to do with me and its on meI have tried several times to let them see the motorMy wife only went there after they told me they would not look fix or do anything with itShe was never asked to leave she left after they continue to tell her they would do nothing with my bike? As far as I was told by Mike that the crank housing is divorced from the transmission Housing there for if it was low on oil it would have no affect to the crank shaft because the crank is lubricated by the Premix? The whole piston sleeve and jug is brokenThe crank shaft got wiped out do to the metal that broke off from the sleeve and pistonI also have proof and witnesses to how much time is on the bike from the first time they worked on itI have pictures of step by step tear down To show evidence and damage with time stampsI have several mechanics that will also verify damage and who's fault it isThank you so much [redacted]

Review: I took my 1997 cr250 to them tohavea New sleeve ,piston and rings installed and roughly 2 minutes of time it seized up again.After furtherinspectionI realized that it was not put together properly. The post that activates the crv wasnotlined up and it broke the piston and the rings and the sleeve and the cylinder jug and themain crankshaftbearingsDesired Settlement: I wantittobe fixed right or a newmotor
