I am rejecting this response because: I am not paying because I should have been told about these fees before hand, not days after. they decided to come up with charge. What makes it worse is this is the practice I had taken my dog to for years and then I fight to get the price down to what I was quoted on the phone before hand. All of this while I am mourning the loss of my dog of 11 years and nursing my injured 4 year old daughter. For this establishment to fight me for the 100 dollars after I have spent thousands there on my dog due to operations and exams over the years is a disgrace to the veterinarian community. I have called several other veterinarian clinics and I was able to get a quote for euthanasia upfront with no hidden fees or extra charges based on the pets weight. This is not common practice and not how anyone wants to be treated when having to put there pet down. I will not pay for this extra fee I was not about before hand.
