Mr [redacted] brought the car to us in October and we gave him an estimate for front shocks, rear brakes, replace sway bar link, oil change and replace exhaust system and a safety and emission inspection The cost was $ He brought the car back and said that it was shaking on the highway There was a very small leak (evap leak which is why check engine light is on) but he could still drive it We also removed the wheels and put them on the tire balance It was detected in tires that there was vibration which was probably the result of pot holes It was recommended that two rims and two tires should be replaced He could take it to another service business to have this done We have tried to provide the best service to him and to make sure that his car is safe for him to drive

Ms*** had tried to have us work on the car right awayWe asked for her to leave it with us for 2-hours so we could work on it. She was not willing to do this and she did not give us the opportunity to work on it. We have the part to fix her car but need the work area for us to
install the part. If Ms*** will call us to schedule an appointment for service and be able to leave it for about the 2-hours needed, we will install the part needed

An agreement was reached with the customer to have the repairs on the vehicle performed and for both parties to pay half of the parts and labor on the bill
