Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I am not paying because I should have been told about these fees before hand, not days afterthey decided to come up with chargeWhat makes it worse is this is the practice I had taken my dog to for years and then I fight to get the price down to what I was quoted on the phone before handAll of this while I am mourning the loss of my dog of years and nursing my injured year old daughterFor this establishment to fight me for the dollars after I have spent thousands there on my dog due to operations and exams over the years is a disgrace to the veterinarian communityI have called several other veterinarian clinics and I was able to get a quote for euthanasia upfront with no hidden fees or extra charges based on the pets weightThis is not common practice and not how anyone wants to be treated when having to put there pet downI will not pay for this extra fee I was not about before hand Regards, [redacted]
