February 21, SUBMITTED ONLINE Revdex.com of Wisconsin Dispute Resolution Center WGreenfield Avenue, Suite West Allis, WI RE: Case # [redacted] Dear Dispute Resolution Center: Upon receipt of this complaint, I contacted the General Manager of the dealership – Bergstrom Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram of Oshkosh – with the guest’s concerns and he immediately investigated the issue The General Manager reported that he called the guest and explained that there was an error in the software running our website that resulted in the price of the vehicle being populated with wrong information He explained to the guest that while every reasonable effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the information on our website, errors or omissions may occur and it is best to verify any information in question with Bergstrom He apologized that we did not show a little more compassion for the guest’s efforts in coming to the dealership only to be turned away because the actual price of the vehicle was beyond the guest’s budget For the guest’s inconvenience, the General Manager offered to reimburse the guest for gas, which the guest accepted The guest expressed satisfaction with our resolution Very truly yours, [redacted] Executive Vice President & General Counsel JJH:cah

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]I have accepted the business' offer of a 3-year, 60,000 mi warranty. But until I receive receipt/paperwork back from the dealership and confirm with the warranty company I will not be fully satisfied. So I would like to keep this matter open to ensure they follow through with the warranty.Please note in response to the business' response of "We have agreed to pay for a 3-year, 60,000 miles warranty  for our guest, which actually adds two years and 10,000 miles  to what the guest would have originally received" does not actually add two years to what I would have originally received, but only adds 29 days. The warranty was originally suppose to end 12/31/2018 and this warranty they are providing for 3-years, 60,000 miles goes into effect on 01/29/2016, thus will end 01/29/2019; 29 days after it was originally suppose to end. So be aware when they say it adds two years, they are not correct and are not going above and beyond as they may lead you to believe.Regards,
