took Tundra truck in for tire rotation and inspection Told service adviser that I had chrome wheels and didnt want them scratched service manager walked around truck with my husband said no problem when truck was picked up, three of the wheel caps were scratched so we brought it to their attention before leaving [redacted] came out to tell us they had pictures of the wheels and they didn't clearly so no scratches before so they are not responsible it is obvious the scratches are from lug wrench turning They agree but refuse to fix, suggest a replacement or anything else Talked with customer service and they said too bad, we will help you find more but that we had to pay for the repair This is the only dealership to service this truck with 11,miles on it it is clearly their issue and they refuse responsibility This repair would probable cost about $dollars WE don't believe we should have to pay since it is clearly something they did We aren't asking for
I purchased a Mazda from LovingHe is no longer a Mazda dealer so I was unable to get factory warranty work performed in the Lufkin areaI purchased a maintenance plan and also an extended warrantyI went to the Loving Toyota dealership and talked to one of their credit representatives about cancelling the two plans and getting a refundThey were supposed to have cancelled the plan and provided a refund eight weeks agoI have not received the refundI have talked to someone three times about this issueThey promise to take care of the problem and call me back when it is taken care ofThey have not called me back
