I used to be a patient at this doctors office but I moved out of state I have been trying to get my medical records sent to my new doctor for over year now I have called dozens of times and put in a formal request and have paid them for my medical records Sometimes they tell me that my medical records have been sent out and sometimes they tell me that they have never been I also was double charged and they have yet to fix this I can't move forward with my health problems without my previous medical records this puts me in a tough situation I have been told time after time that my records have been sent and I nor my new doctor have received anything from them my new doctors office has called them many times as well and they also have not been able to get the records
