Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I reject this response because the business is not being truthful I called them over and over to resolve this Their service technician who went to look at the refrigerator on the follow up visit is the one who damaged the unit beyond repair They initially made a repair because the unit was not cooling and food was spoiling They then were called out after we picked up the refrigerator because it still was not cooling This was resolved by repairing a fan Unfortunately at this visit, the technician tried to force the refrigerator door into alignment and in the process broke the housing that holds the door in place The door will no long stay closed properly I had another appliance person look at it and they told me that it was not repairable.My Tenant waited for them to show up on several occasions to fix the door and they never came back The Tenant witnessed the technician break the door on the first follow up visit and I have written correspondence from the Tenant stating that Balderas never showed up again, even when they set up appointments with the Tenant On one occasion the Tenant called me to say that they had not showed up, I then called Balderas and asked them when they were coming I was told it would be a couple of hours I informed them that the Tenant had to go to work within the next hour and needed them to come when the appointment had been set up They did not show up, the Tenant was late to work and had to leave There is no excuse for treating fellow business people in this dishonest way Regards, [redacted]

[redacted] maintenance people dropped off the refrigerator to our shop and the door was already like that and when the refrigerator was service and ready it was picked up by [redacted] maintenance people againwe can not be held responsible for damages not done by our service techssince the refrigerator is not under warranty we will not charge for the labor cost and [redacted] would have to pay for the cost of the part only and they would have to bring and pick up the unit from our shop

On 10-10-we did service a refrigerator for [redacted] Rentalson 10-17-we received a call from [redacted] rentals that they where having problems with the Refrigerator and we had made a 4:pmappointment and tenant never showed, two more appointments where made and they where both ''No Shows'' by the tenants [redacted] was notified and they said that they would call the tenants and that they where going to set up the appointment for us which they never did [redacted] never called us back and we where not aware that they had filed a report to Revdex.comand if [redacted] would of made the appointment with there tenants this situation would of been resolved back in the month of October when the unit was under warrantythe refrigerator was serviced on 10-10-and had a #warranty on parts and laborwe will Absolutely not give a refund for the reason that this was not a negligent matter on our behalf

I am rejecting this response because:This is unacceptable.  I personally dropped off the refrigerator and it was not damaged.  My Tenant witnessed the Technician from Baladeras break the door.

On 12-11-14 we spoke to Mr.[redacted] @ 4;12 pm and we did explain to Mr. [redacted] that the part for his microwave was no longer available and that the only charge he was going to pay was the $38.50 for the service call only. Mr.[redacted] was not aware that parts weren't available for...

that model of microwave  anymore. we did not collect any money for the deposit or did Mr. [redacted] had to pre pay anything up front at all.
