I said he was supposed to repair my handles did not he messed up my lock inside he scraped the big hole in my paint on the handles of the door on the inside handles he put on and they're falling off
This is ***, owner of Lopez Auto Electrical Repair, I had questions based on a complaint. The complaint number is ***, I apologize for not getting back to you within the 5 day period due to the virus situation I haven't been into work everyday. As far as the complaint, I do need proof that the service was done here, in regards to proof it would need a detailed invoice or receipt. The area in where the shop is located there are many other mechanic shops,and the customer was no able to provide the first name of the salesperson but provided the last name which is part of the name of the shop. I want to ensure that there is no confusion of the situation.
I am rejecting this response because:
I did go to his business my kids father dropped me off there at his business so I have a witness I did not get a invoice receipt because Lopez has been dealing with our family and my kids father family for over three decades sometimes he'll give us an invoice receipt and sometimes he some guava but I do have a witness my kids father took me
