I work for New Age Financial who is the lienholder to the car in question. The shop did repair on a clients car and refuses to return it. They did not take the adequate steps to inform the lien-holder of any of this. They have been issued payment for the vehicle through the insurance company but despite that does not want to return the vehicle.
Other (requires explanation) Would like the car returned to the lienholder and not pay any storage fees because he has refused to return the vehicle but still wants to charge storage fee.
