I purchased my new home from Hanco and I am extremely satisfiedThe Hanco staff was pleasant and always did what they said they wouldThey reviewed my new home and the features it had with meI got more than I thought I wouldI would recommend Hanco to any of my friends that are looking to move down south as I did, to get away from the frigid wintersI have one friend that is under contract at this time and I know they will be as happy as IThank you Hanco for making my home buying a pleasant experience!
We have been in our new home for a month and a half and could not be happier with the build and builder! Everything is top of the line and the customer service is outstanding as well. Any and all issues (minor or major) have been addressed in an extremely timely manner. The on site sales agent, Marguerite, is beyond a pleasure to work with and addressed all concerns during the building process. Smooth and easy transition into our new home and would do it all over again!

I bought a lot in [redacted] and I love it and the experience that Hanco construction gave. You get a lot for your money too! My house was built in a very timely manner and I can't say enough about Margarette . She not only was very professional but became a friend. I would highly recommend Hanco. Being raised in construction I expect a lot and they deliver in all areas.
I think someone needs to go to the Diamond and just interview some of the Home Owners I will bet over half will have lots of complaints, I will post mine after I go thru the legal system.
