Review: I purchased this car in Feb now 6 months later I'm putting over 3,103$ into the car and I purchased this great protection plan and it only covers 1,653$ of the work. I am left with over 1450$ in repairs. This car was sold to me receiving no car fax or anything. I was completely taken advantage of as a single female coming to the lot! I have spoken to [redacted] and he has told me this is what happens when you purchase a used vechile. So what I'm looking for is the 1450$ I had to put out for this car. There is no reason I should have to put this much work or $ into a car purchased less then a year ago. He is a crook!! And he just wants $$ which I was harassed by him for a 500$ balance that was supposed to be put onto my loan towards my deposit which was never done. And I was sold this car for 10,000$ and on [redacted] blue book its only worth 4,000$ and some change.Desired Settlement: I want to be reimbursed for all the $$ I have put into this vehicle thus far I have all documents needed and to add I have also replaced both sets of brakes at 80$ a pop and cost of the brakes and a new battery!!! There was no safety check done on this car before I brought it as they said. The roasters were all rotted and rusty which I have pictures of l. I have put way too much $$ into this car being its only 6 months in.

Review: I purchased a 2001 Toyota Celica on february 25th, 2013 from [redacted]) the breaks were making a squeaky sound that he said he was going to fix but never did. There was a problem with the exhaust and it was making my car sound very loud which he said he "fixed" but the sound is even louder now and I complained to him about it and he told me everything was fine. A certified mechanic checked out my car and said there is a leak which I told [redacted] about and he said that he fixed it but when I went to auto zone to get my car diagnosed 6 different service codes came up and the leak was one of them. The motor keeps shaking. My check engine light keeps coming off and on. The airbag light has been on since I purchased the car and the oil light (which he said he did an oil change but when I had the mechanic look at it he said there was never any oil put in my car). I complained to [redacted] about all of this several times and set up appointments for him to check my car out, everytime I show up for the appointment he's never there. Today we had a scheduled appointment for 9a.m and I stayed there until 9:30am called him and he never showed up or called back. A few weeks ago I got a call from a former worker from Lopez motors and he informed me that [redacted] was doing a lot of illegal things to customers cars and he's planing on leaving the country soon to get out of the situation he's in.
