Review: This company charged $300 for hair services but did not state that they were not allowed to use brushes, irons, and could not braid the girls hair. It stated " party updo". I expected an updo . They should have their definition of this on their website or tell the client before they book the party. I've never heard of doing updos without using brushes. They failed to state the girls aren't licensed. It needs to be stated on their website.Desired Settlement: I want half of my $300 refunded.
