Good Morning- I have been advised by our General Manager, Manny, that the customer came into the dealership Thursday July 28th to discuss There is a delay in the title processing from the auction and the customer is aware of it We have given the customer our Loaner car at NO expense to them as we work diligently to resolve.Thank you [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: TThey lied to me a plethora of times in my face including this past Thursday July 25th, stating on July 21st, that they would have everything handled in a few days or no later than next weekI came there on July 25th, and they still was trying to tell me we still don't have itThe matter of the factest is they made a mistake and they didn't get the situation covered in a matter of time which is days and they are going to compensate this situation due to the fact that they brought horrible customer service to the plate, not taking accountable for their faults and trying to act like it's the DMV faulthe when in actuality they messed up, and for lying to me when they could of told me like a man the whole truth the first time instead of telling me after two and a half monthsThey would've had to put me in a rental vehicle at NO expense because they were wrong on every aspect of this situationThey didn't do their job as a company, the management team is horrible, and I will not ever do business with someone who aren't honest, does not show integrity, and who don't take accountability in their own hands when they had so many opportunities to fix this problemI will not stand for their self-pity response they are liars, crooked for even selling me a vehicle technically they didn't even have paper work on, and I'm paying car insurance and my car payment and it's stuck in my driveway taking my hard earned money paying for absolutely nothingThey wasted my time, energy, and money I will NEVER do business with Nissan as long as they have the same management team there Regards, [redacted]

I recently transferred from San Angelo, TX, to Atlanta, GA, and needed to get three quotes for my company I called the big names first Some of them said they were too busy and couldn't get to our job within the needed time frame Those who did come and give me a quote were nice but ended up being $3,more than the quote from Lone Star Nick *** was my primary contact and was the one who did the office and home estimate *** was in charge of the packing and was the driver of the truck that brought my stuff to Atlanta At every step of the move, Nick and *** were first class in communication and accommodation They did a wonderful job in packing and our good arrived in very good shape The real story begins, though with the journey that *** took from San Angelo to Atlanta *** had to drive through storms that ended up in Louisiana becoming a disaster area because of flooding As he drove through rising waters and rerouted around impassable areas, he maintained contact to update us on his ETAAmazingly, he arrived on the day he was supposed to have done, though a little exhausted from the difficulty of the drive
I can't recommend Lone Star Moving/Angelo Apartment Movers highly enough They went well above and beyond the call of duty and did so at a price significantly less than others were bidding Thanks Nick and *** for the great service!

First of all that is a lieI was prepared to come on here and close out this complaint and then I read this responseWhich is complete and utter bull crap Who is this person that reaponded? I have never heard her nameAnytime I have been called which WAS ONCE, I have answeredPlease try to fix your business practices and try telling the truth or maybe even researching the issue before you decide to respond and don't try to make it the customers fault when you were the ones that were unresponsive NOW with that being said, this was my experience after that FIRST phone callDalton called and asked meet with him and the general manager Manny, I agreed to a Friday meetingI get there and was put in a room, which Dalton comes in and tries to act dumb saying, you didn't get your money? I thought you got it already? Come on don't try to play me for a foolFinally after leaving the room a couple times he informs me that the general manager had left early that day and proceeds to tell me that my car wasn't worth $and they would only give me $Really? Well I was upset and mad so I did start to get loud, at which he tells me "you know we do these things in good faith and you are a different person then when you came in" NO CRAP I don't have a car and you refused to make it right!!! Anyway he tells me Manny will be contacting me at which I replied that my lawyer would be contacted themOn Tuesday Manny did call and I did go in to meet with himManny was respectful and polite unlike the other interactions I've had thereOf course he's a salesman so he used what he knew to try and get me down on the money that was owed to meBECAUSE he was POLITE AND RESPECTFUL, I agreed to just $which would reimburse me for the rental I was paying for for the monthsYes I know that I could have gotten the full$, but I appreciated how Manny handled the situation once he actually met with meSo thank you MANNY for resolving this issueMaybe your higher ups can take some lessons from you...

[redacted] and [redacted] are simply the best movers I ever used in the last 65 years . As A retired Marine, I have move dozens of times and I have never seen such professional, polite, hard working men who treated my belongings better than they would of their own. These guys were simply outstanding. There is no messing around, no horse play or other foolishness. They work hard at a good pays. And did not stop until the job was done. I told their boss that whatever they pay them , it was not enough. If a moving company had a dozen teams like [redacted] and [redacted] they would be the best moving company in Texas! Of course I think these guys are the best moving company in Texas and the best moving company I ever found in the USA. I enthusiastically recommend these guys for any moving here in San Angelo. They are great.

Nissan of Atlantic City has begun the process of cancelling the extended warranty transaction it question.   If the customer needs to speak to anyone at the dealership about this matter, have them contact [redacted] Operation Director [redacted].  Thank You.

I did in fact have multiple conversations with one of the managers at Atlantic City Nissan concerning my complaint. He assured me that the advertised price was an honest mistake and did offer to sell me the vehicle at the advertised price. I declined his offer. The response by the business that I did not return calls is totally false.
