Ordered free sample and just for shiping $3.95. Then after delivery they charged me 148.27(CN). Then they delivered without authorization until August 29. I called two times for cancellation and they said we will cancel your acount Aguset 29. They said no charge and no deliver after cancellation. But I saw on September 14 again another charges in my credit acount. I emaied the copany and explain. I emailed to Elmore advanes wrinkle cream then they answer the charge is not us . It is from Loraine eye serum.

Desired Outcome

This company will not cancel your order. Multiple shipment of a product that I did not authorize. Multiple charges on credit card without authorization. Should be blocked from my credit acount. I want money back and cancelled my subscription. The business should issue a full refund for the product that I did not order and I need confirmation that my acount is closed and that I will not receive any more charges.

Elemor/L'oriene made unauthorised deductions from my debit card and decline to provide an appropriate refund.
In February this year, I purchased Elemor Advanced Wrinkle Cream for what was advertised as $4.95 and L'oreine Eye Serum for an additional $1.95 The low-cost offer promoted was misleading.

The headline price offered did not clearly stipulate the trial period, the total cost and monthly shipment cost of the products upfront prior to accepting the offer. Further, a tax invoice was not provided with each new shipment which meant costs were not stipulated.

I did not authorise the ongoing purchase of these products and was unaware that deductions were being made from my debit card. I was first alerted to these deductions when I reviewed my bank statement and found deductions being made. I was uncertain what the deductions were for. I contacted the bank to cancel the deductions but they advised that they were being made from my card and the only way to stop them was to cancel my card which I did. They advised that the deductions appeared to be for a cream.

I then sent an email on 15 June 2019 to the email address listed as 'support' on the invoice to cancel these deductions. There was no clear way of being able to contact the company to cancel the deductions. I was charged a total of $606.30 AUD for Elemor Advance Cream. I lodged a complaint with Elemor and have received a refund of $300.99 (AUD).

I was charged on 18 June 2019 for L'oreine Eye Serum ($139.54 AUD) which was after I requested the cancellation. A total of $586.64 (AUD) was charged to my account. I have sought a refund for this and a missing product and have received $411.72 (AUD) refund to date.

It was after I lodged my complaint that I learnt about their trial period, shipment costs and automatic monthly shipment cost.

I subsequently used the web address listed on my bank statement and found a telephone number for Elemor. I attempted to contact the company during the days and times specified on several occasions but the voice message states to call back during their business hours.

I am not satisfied with the refunds offered particularly Elemor and have advised the companies that I would be happy to refund the products for a full refund minus the original advertised price of $4.95 (USD) and $1.95 (USD). I can return three Elemor products and two L'oreine products.

Desired Outcome

Refund of $298.26 (AUD) from Elemor and refund of $172.14 (AUD) from L'oriene Eye Serum.

I am satisfied with the response from L'oreine Eye Serum. Are you able to follow up my complaint with Elemor? When I entered Elemor on the Revdex.com website it came up with L'oriene so I assumed they were the same company.

The sample of the products that I purchased I got allergy and instead of being refund the company automatically keep me charging me
I had purchased 2 samples of the products Elenor cream and L'orein cream in their website and after 1 full month I received and only used once following the manufactory instructions and got a very bad allergy, with itchy and peeling off the skin

My FREE sample advertised on Facebook has costed me $164.68 plus an other $160.15 CDN

Saw an advertisment on Facebook on April 21 that claimed free sample. I clicked onto the request and saw my sample April 21 arrived. on May 15, 2019 I received my mastercard statement that had two charges of $160.15 dated April 29 2019 and one for $164.68 April 21 2019.

I have been scammed and request that my order be cancelled (and no further charges be submitted to my credit card)

I am so grateful to you, you are doing a good thing helping people get their not easily earned money back. And such companies exist on the deception and trust of people. So I make another request. On the same day and time I ordered the cream with another company L "ORINE Eye Serum eye cream and face cream, and they managed to send me four jars of 30 grams each in the amount of US 425.73. After the first parcel and receiving payment by VISA, when I saw the amount of payment for these creams I became ill. For one, US 119-97. For another, US 115-92. Only four creams, one of which did not reach me, I began to call this company and they, unlike the first They spoke very politely and agreed to return US $ 50 for each jar and return US 70 dollars for the received cream and send it back So I just returned US $ 150 to Visa and US $ 50 and $ 20 sent to Moneugram. HI !!! Revdex.com I just receive answer about my big problem, but I see many mistake in answer. I received US $ 150 to Visa and US $ 50 and $ 20 they send check Money gram. I can put them only in my account in bank . They promised send 70 and 20 US, but when I call She said, no is right. All amount is 220 US. I pay 425.73 US .They have to return 205 US. I can ask copes checks in the bank, and I send my Visa photo. But they promise return only 88.84. I hope Revdex.com can help decide my problem . Thanks very mach.

We understand where the confusion is coming from. Below is the list of our charges and refunds, quoted in US dollar (USD).

$115.92 - $50 was processed back to her card on January 10, the remaining $65.92 will be sent to her in a form of refund check

$92.92 - $50 refund check was sent on March 20 and $20 refund check was sent on April 15. The remaining $22.92 will be sent as a check together with the $65.92 .

In total we will be sending $88.94 refund check.

Misleading web site. Terms and Conditions not clear. Ordered free sample and was billed unexpectedly for product. Was Charged 148.27 (CN)
I received an email saying that I would get a free sample of eye cream if I paid the Shipping and handling of 3.95 (US). They billed be 148.27 CN for an on-going subscription and for the eye cream. This was not made clear in the advertising, although it was buried in the terms and conditions.
I phoned customer support and got the run around and eventually they agreed to refund $50 (US). I insisted on a full refund and offered to return the unopened product. They have said that my account is closed and they would process the $50. I have no confirmation that the account is closed and need this to avoid further charges.

Desired Outcome

The Business should issue a full refund for the product that I did not order and I need confirmation that my account is closed and that I will not receive any more charges.

I ordered a "sample" of Loraine Eye Serum online for $3.95 shipping and handling. I received the "sample" 10 days later. Then 9 days after that my account was charged $115.97 and 22 days later my account was charged again for $92.92. I called and stated that I was not has not happy with their product and that I wanted to return it for a refund. I was told I could not return the product or receive a refund. At that time I canceled my account I asked for an email to verify my request, it was never sent.

Desired Outcome

The resolution I seek is a full refund of the two charges, $115.97 plus the $92.92 for a total of $208.89. I will be returning their product the first "sample" and the second I just received unopened.

My online order was cancelled and all future charges and shipments have been stopped and my payments were refunded.

Misleading business, charged for products when I expected to pay only shipping for samples.
Online order of two SAMPLE products that I was meant to pay for shipping only. I was later charged full price for both products. When company contacted, they stated their Terms & Conditions state I will be enrolled in their automatic programme and charged for products if not cancelled within 23 days of order. I don't recall seeing any Terms & Conditions, but even if there were these T&Cs, the date of making contact to dispute the charges is not agreed upon. I was refunded $50.00 only so far. I've now asked to be removed from there accounts and given a full refund. (I even offered to return the products unopended.)

They sent me another "sample and was charge the same amount for the next month. I called the company to stop sending me the product but they would not agree on any refund, even if I return the product.
